We had the food truck come to our house for our daughters high school graduation party. It was amazing and a huge hit with our guests! Highly recommend Adobos!

I’m so happy to see that adobos is open for business now in galena. This has been a long time coming! Congratulations to Jaime, Toben and all involved in getting this gem up and running. The food is delicious and dining area is bright, comfortable and clean. The prices are very reasonable. One request though? Can we get some churros? That would be the perfect meal. I’d never have to eat again.I’m looking forward to trying the convenient drive through.
Super good burrito with a lot of delicious options at great prices. My only critique would be to make the tortilla chips saltier.

Super mediocre. Server was nice enough.Maybe it's better with meat, but vegitarian is not good.The 'salsa' is not.Price isn't great either, $12 veggie nachos.
The quality of the food says it all. There is no better build your own taco bar in the Mississippi area. I'm not sure how they cook their food but I can promise it holds promise above Chipotle, Quodos, and even pancheros by far. It is by far a local treat.
