Love this coffee spot! They are consistent in quality and have really good prices. Places like starbucks coffee can be loaded with flavors and syrup additives making it taste too sweet and artificial. With Twisted Bean they actually balance the flavors really well without making it too sweet! Definitely a regular here.
The staff is always super friendly. Willing to give suggestions and I have always liked their suggestion when I try them. I really like the Autumn Bliss when it’s in season, otherwise the Caramel Macchiato and the Turtle- iced- are both super delicious. The breakfast sandwich and banana bread are so good too. They also always say hi to my puppers and offer him a treat, and that makes his day.
Great as always the breakfast sandwich with bacon on brioche never disappoints. Jitterbug is my go-to every time

The Caramel Macchiato is a favorite of mine,or the Jitterbug.I like both the iced and hot drinks they offer too. Customer service is usually on point and friendly!The only problem is if they get busy and backed up with customers..
Never purchased anything, but the never ending stream of warm happy people with steaming hot coffies and fake smiles awkwardly trying to avoid eye contact with me while exiting their lot on their way towards meaningful, fulfilling lives really do a good job of taking my mind off of my freezing extremeties.. Thank you so much for helping me remember what it's like to feel my fingers ?

Stopped here while going through to grab a coffee and a snack. Service was quick and coffee was good. Pumpkin bar we got was delicious. Definitely stopping again if around.
Caramel Toffee Crunch frappe is da bomb! The gals are almost all super friendly! Do not like the hours. Wish they stayed open until 6.
I had one instance about a week ago where one of my drinks was made wrong. I tried to speak up about it but the employee didn't seem to care. Not a huge deal. They gave us a vanilla drink instead of a regular . A few days later my boyfriend got our drinks. And as I was drinking mine something got stuck in my throat and I had to try and cough it up. After awhile I was finally able too. It was a string of some sort? Almost like a mask string from a disposable mask. We are super disappointed with the service and finding foreign objects in our drink. We will not be returning.
