Great food, Amazing Staff!
My wife & I had a great experience here. It's definitely an English Pub with that type of food but they also have American Food for the less adventurous. I got Scotch Eggs, Banger Bites, & Shepherd's Pie while my wife got the Turkey Club with steak fries & Mozzarella Sticks. It was all fantastic! Our server was incredibly friendly & very helpful which was appreciated since this was our first time here. They had a great pub atmosphere & also a few TV's scattered around to be able to catch the game. We'll definitely be going back!
Good food, but don't go during peak hours, it's a smaller restaurant and gets a little crowded. Nice adult beverage selection. Service was fairly quick, and it's walking distance from downtown hotels.
Exceptional English pub fare. Can't go wrong fish and chips, great pasty, corned beef egg rolls were excellent. Outstanding whisky selection ?
This was a fun little pub to eat at. It was small and cozy and had a nice atmosphere. Food was decent, and the London Porter was good. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I would go back there again.
Underwhelming. We decided to check the Royal Mile out based upon suggestions from friends and ads. The decor was fairly accurate from my experiences in the UK, except it was cluttered and messy whereas pubs there have a natural order to them.The service was friendly but not at all authentic which is understandable.The food, Shepherds Pie and classic fish and chips was nothing special. Better fried fish can be had at many other places at much more reasonable prices.We’ll keep looking for a better and more authentic experience.
Recommended by a stranger and boy did it not disappoint. Food was insanely good service was top notch. Next time I’m in town, I will be back. Thank you for the great meal and service.
Loved the fish and chips and Shepard's pie! Both amazing choices! Staff was a little stressed and extremely concerned about having us out of the way when they come down the stairs. The layout of the place, including the stairs, is not very comfortable and really downgrades the ambience. Our waiter was good and the overall experience was fun. I wouldn't did a nice date night here but would hang out with friends. I would definitely eat the food! Good stuff
