(East Village)Fun unique place with delish food and cocktails!! Friendly welcoming servers!! A must stop for breakfast with a 80’s vibe!!!

Delicious food and great service. Highly recommend

Seems like a place you would go more for drinks than the food.I’m glad I went once to see the hubbub, but wouldn’t go back.3 star - Average. Decent to visit once

Great food and service! Mimosa flight was cool!

A very trendy place with a wonderful atmosphere. The menu is a little different than other breakfast places, which is a good thing. We ordered biscuits in gravy, eggs Benedict, and apple cheesecake french toast. The sausage gravy on the biscuits and gravy was a little too sweet for my liking. The eggs Benedict had a lot of hollandaise sauce, a little too much but it did taste good. The French toast was the star of our meal and the main reason we will be coming back again. We did order a side of hash browns and they were good just a little on the small side. Overall I would say give this place a try just be a little cautious of what you order.

Had the privilege of trying another downtown gem in Des Moines. The Breakfast Club will not disappoint, service was great and Kelsie was very attentive and polite and the food was really good. The only small negative was the eggs Benedict, the hollandaise sauce was really good but the English muffin was very soggy. I’d toast it a little longer.Definitely will have to come back.

This was a fun 80's style brunch restaurant! My husband and I both got the Never Benny Better. The eggs Benedict portion was delicious, but we both thought the hash browns could use improvement. If those were better it would be a 5 star.

First time at the Breakfast Club in Des Moines, IA and I am a fan. Everyone in our party had great food and drinks, couldn’t have been a better experience. The Bonsai Bloody (with Wasabi) was really good, as was the Bloody Verde with green tomatillo. The Shrimp & Grits was outstanding, with cheddar grits and Cajun shrimp and gumbo sauce. So many great choices on the menu, I can’t wait to return.

Seated around 1 pm for brunch. Ordered Totchos and Cranberry Margarita and Bloody Mary. Totchos I would say are a do not miss item. We were there for the French Toast but knew the Totchos would hit the spot for eggs, sausage etc we were missing. Delicious. Next up Bananas Foster French Toast and Dutch Apple Cheesecake French Toast. I liked the Dutch Apple slightly more then the Bananas Foster...probably the Carmel sauce. Great service. We were in and out for a filling brunch on a busy day in about an hour. Worth a visit for sure!!

I believe this was the best American brunch I've had in Des Moines! The smoked salmon benny (egg benedict) was so creamy and filling. My girlfriend got the Banana Foster French Toast and she said it was great too - the banana and walnuts with the syrup were a great combo, and toasts were fluffy. We highly recommend having a bruch here while enjoying their vibrant space and 80s songs in the background.
