The place is clean service was fast reasonable prices and Mexican spices bold and flavorful which I like. They give nice portions with some heat but good. Go there you will not be disappointed. ??
I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. I just wish I could eat my flour taco slower so I could enjoy it longer.P.S. The flour chips with queso are to die for.
Very nice, the staff are always respectful and helpful if you don't know what you want. The drinks are very flavorful from the fountain. The food is of the highest quality. They have a very nice variety for whatever your feeling at the time. They have never messed up even my very custom orders. Good prices for the speed, quality, and accuracy. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. 5 stars
Co-workers were raving about this place. So we went, looked like a normal, kind of "hole in the wall" spot, don't get me wrong, love that vibe and have had a lot of good food in such places. Was not holding out much hope for this one though. I was WRONG. The tacos are amazing and I wish I had ordered more of them instead of the mix of foods I ordered. Although everything was good, fair priced and worth going back for or taking home. Will be back for sure.
I genuinely don’t know where these five star reviews are coming from. The food, customer service, and atmosphere was considerably below average.I ordered a enchilada plate. As you can see in the photo, it’s a sad hard-cheese dish with four random tortilla chips tossed around it. I asked for sour cream on top and got a packet. Seriously?If you check out the second photo, the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. The food was lukewarm at best and tasted….. rough. Neither myself nor the person I was with could finish our meals. We both were sick to our stomachs afterwards and had to skip our afternoon shopping plans to stick near a toilet at home.You can take the gamble and listen to the five stars like we did. Or… go to Maria’s. Or Tex Mex. Or Taco Bell.
Overall tasty tacos is good food. Although they barley fill there flour tacos up any more, plus it’s mostly beans with not near as much beef as they used to. But I will continue to go back because it is consistent and yummy.
My favorite tacos of Des Moines, Iowa. Delicious food with great, fast, friendly customer service. I would recommend any of the Tasty Tacos around here to anyone. The soft shell tacos are the tastiest as far as tacos go. Also, try the authentic taco sauce for any food on the menu! It is to die for!
The name is true, the tacos are very tasty. The also swrve them very quickly so you normally get your tacos served before you even have time to get your drink filled. Fast and tasty.
Ordered tacos to go, got home took a bite of my taco and pulled a long black hair out of it, absolutely disgusting I wanted to throw up. Do you people not know how to wear hairnets and be sanitary ?
The service was good and fast. The store was clean and stocked. The food was great we got the flower taco and it was not greasy at all.
