My favorite taco truck. Everything is good. My go to is the asada steak tacos and a horchata to drink.
The taco truck traveler is happy to find a taco truck. I have yet to visit. With great location. Good people and great food. I had the carne asada tacos along with a carne asada torta and I started it all off with a carne asada quesadilla as an appetizer. The ladies in the truck were very nice. The food was fresh and delicious. Had a great singe on the steak. I will definitely be back to try some more.

On my way to Chicago from Denver and Originally stopped by BK and the QT gas station but they were closed and found this little gem on Google. So happy I found this taco truck. Not sure if they are the best around town but definitely up there in my book. Authentic Mexican food for sure. I had steak and pastor tacos, tamale and burrito and was absolutely delicious! If your stopping by for gas and don't want fast food chain stop by here. Only 2 minutes from I80!Muy Rica la comida muchas gracias Don! Se los recomiendo!

Y'all I went crazy at lunch. Let me tell you about this place. The owner/waitress/cook (aka "Momma Taco" as I like to call her) - is the sweetest lady. Her food is nothing shy of amazing. I have been eating at the Los Pinos taco truck since 2017. However, today was my first visit to the Los Pinos Restaurant, and let me tell you, I CANNOT WAIT to return. If you go visit tell her I sent you.I normally stick to the Pastor tacos but today I couldn't decide so I tried a handful of different dishes:-Chips with 3 heat variations of salsa.-Aguachili w/shrimp, tomato, onion and peppers(The dark habenero salsa was indescribably delicious and a new personal favorite sauce.The flavor is unmatched. I cannot wait to order this dish again.)-2 Pastor tacos with rice and beans(the tacos are my first love. The rice has a taste like none I've ever had)-3 Pastor chalupas with lettuce, tomato and sour cream(The tortillas are hand made with the perfect little crisp and an unforgettable flavor)After speaking with her during and after my meal, she sold me a jar of her families seasoning to try at home. There are details in the photos if you would like to purchase your own seasoning, call the number on the label.I would like to end by saying, if you haven't stopped at this location, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do. Some food options vary from the truck to the restaurant, but she said you can always call ahead to order and as long as the restaurant is open, the truck can accommodate your requests. I have been visiting this truck, and now restaurant for 4 years now and I have never once been less than 100% satisfied with the food. Solid. Used to eat here all the time when I was just down the road. You can’t go wrong here.
It our first time eating here and it was really good ?they also have a food truck that sits outside the restaurant. We will be back!
