Got to footlong subs toasted one was #11 and the other was #12. After making our subs I brought them home and we opened them up to find out that there was raw bacon on the #12 and the #11 was so soggy it never looked toasted. Poor service and was told they charge for everything such as chips and cookies and drinks. These were supposed to be combo meals and then charged a very high price. Not going back to this store ever again. Yuck!
We was just in there couldnt even get threw the doors and got kicked out wow what a rude subway people watch out and don't call the manger or u will get kicked out
The worker Trenton was very nice, got me my order very quickly and kindly.
I understand completely about short staffing issues. When there is a line and the "sandwich makers" are slow as molasses it makes things worse. Please train employees to be a little faster at making sandwiches. When someone is ordering the same meat on 2 different sandwiches they were only making one sandwich at a time.They where all out of every bread, except white, and meatballs. Saw burnt wheat bread in the trash. Please pick up the pace just a little.
Always good service and food is normally always good and fresh one of the better subways
The service has gotten progressively slower. The last two times I went to pickup my online order, they hadn't even started making it. I would avoid this location if you're in a hurry. I'll most likely go to the location on Buchanan from now on.

I have ate here 2xs and have gotten sick after eating my food. The bread is always hard and they dont understand you hardly. I wont be eating here anymore.
They make some good sandwiches, the staff is friendly, and I love being able to order online and go pick it up. It loses a star though because they never, and I mean NEVER read the special instructions on orders. I've voiced this concern to their store a few times but they still never read it or they willingly ignore it, maybe a combination of both. That's my only issue though everything else is great. The staff is seriously very kind every time I stop in and they really do make some good sandwiches. If they start reading the special instructions more I will change this review to 5 star.
