I came to this location on my way home one evening and I regret doing so. The young lady who made my drink did a poor job because I specifically asked for extra Caramel and whipped cream and she made my drink completely the opposite of what I asked for. Also, she didn't put the Caramel Crunchies on my drink and when I politely brought that to her attention she responded with a very bad attitude. I won't come back to this location ever again.
I have never in my life ever been treated so!!! Wow!!! I was treated like!!! Insane!!! Never at a restaurant have I been treated like!! ESPECIALLY at a fast foo!!! Oliver!!! will come again :-)
I went through the drive through got my drink and requested no whip on my drink when ordering; got it ended up having whip went in told them I didn’t want whip on it and one of the girls working there was rude about making me a new drink.
The staff at this Starbucks location did not perform well and the service was inadequate because a staff member had flipped off me and my sister (that’s a minor) after asking for a refund, the products given to us were flawed and unappetizing, the service was hostile and frightening. After a long back and forth with the staff members, they told me that they voided my transaction. I have not received my refund yet.I will be posting the videos on Twitter and TikTok as well. This is unacceptable behavior. I typically have amazing experiences at Starbucks and I’m disappointed that hostile and racist people have ruined my experience.
My drink melted all the whipped cream but my mocha didn't taste right like from the Grimes Starbucks overall they're great I recommend them

Been going to this one for many years . Orders are mostly correct and fresh .always nice to pull up and workers recognize your car or voice ask if it's the usual( of course I may have a slight coffee addiction) and friendly . So give them a try it's always pleasant experience
