Love my Mocha Frappuccino and they are pretty quick getting your drinks out.
Always clean...fast friendly staff...only star bucks located on the south side of Des Moines that's not located in a store.
Love my strawberry lemonade acai . I've eaten breakfast sandwiches here not great. If you bring reusable cup make sure it's completely dried out. I just got mine out of dishwasher had water drops in it they wouldn't use it.
I wish i knew the names of the people working saturday night last week because they all were soooo kind. I had a rough day i think they could see that. they went out of their way to bless me and make me smile!! even wrote a smiley face on my cup :) little things like that make the world such an awesome place!!! ❤️
I want to commend the staff this morning. They were totally swamped. Dozen+ orders on the counter waiting to be picked up and another dozen+ people in store waiting. Everyone was moving fast trying to fill all orders as quickly as they could. Just too many to be accommodated.
My coffee was only like warm. The coffee cake crumbled into particles. Not good!
Easily one of the least efficiently operating Starbucks I've ever experienced. The products are good enough to consider overlooking the vast expanse of time that has to pass before your order comes together. You can do better, it's been proven elsewhere.
It's a pretty usual Starbucks. The most notable thing for me is that it can be very busy (maybe due to popularity, not speed of service). My general sense is that the coffee & food is usually pretty good.
