Our food was hot and fresh. Our waitresses were both very nice. It did not come out in any specific order. No apps before anything my salad came after my pizza. Our waitress forgot refills entirely along with our menus.. it was chaos. Tasty chaos. We were all catching up as a family paying separately. They stuck the 20% auto tip on each tab. Just between you and I she would have made more without it, but it's also 100% understandable.
Unfortunately, upon first time trying this restaurant, we didn’t like our meal, HOWEVER, the customer service and the care the owner gave my family was ABOVE AND BEYOND! He helped us find a solution, and even gave us some cookies to take home! We will be coming back to try something else! Thank you for simply being kind!
Ordered from here for the first time recently. The quality of the food tasted like someone was teaching a class of kindergarteners how to make spaghetti from the cheapest, most bland canned sauce this side of the Mississippi. The cheesy garlic bread? A slice of white toast with garlic powder, melted butter and a slice of melted mozzarella on top...for $3.75. Such a disappointment.

Brought a BUNCH of soccer players here for lunch and couldn't be more pleased with the atmosphere, service, hospitality, and more. We'll be back and would recommend Scornovacca:s to all.

good food but the service sucks. need to hire more help if they can. only one person doing take out orders and she doesn't hurry. had to wait two hours for my food after was told only 45 minutes. this is the third time of this happening in the last 4 months. the last three times I didn't care but this is becoming a pattern
Food sub par at best and dining area was dirty and not kept up...and there was only one other table. Staff was friendly. Id like to think we caught them at a bad time. Because theyve been there forever, and do have many good reviews, but wasnt a good experience.
Called and placed an order for a family size pan of spaghetti AND meatballs. Whoever I spoke with repeated everything and told me 76$. I get my food picked up and no meatballs. So I called and asked what was going on and the Very Rude and DISRESPECTFUL girl I spoke with told me well all I see is spaghetti, so I told her for 76$ I would’ve just bought the sauce and made it myself. She proceeded to say well I don’t know sorry very rude. Definitely won’t be spending a dime here again.
