GREAT food, GREAT smoothies, average coffee/ teas, terrible awful no good customer service. The older lady that got our order and served us our food had a short fuse when we had questions about ordering, then proceeded to talk about us in the back while we sat right by the kitchen. Aesthetically pleasing but they do not pass the vibe check any time I stop in. Customer since 2011 to present. The younger women are super rad though and the food is so clean and good which is the only real reason I even come back.

Let me tell yall about this little gem we got to quickly (next time we will stay in!) got to check out today. WHY IT TOOK US THIS LONG IDK!! ALL the things...love all the things this whole place represents!!! GO CHECK IT OUT....U MUST. YOU ARE MISSING OUT if u don't. ALL VEGETARIAN menu, locally woman owned, amazing coffee, THE ??BEST ?? VIBE!! GO....now....you're welcome. OH and u can bring ur own cup because they love the planet???❤️❤️❤️

Always great coffee and delicious pastries and food. Love their Mocha Bianca! Easily the best coffee in downtown Des Moines. The shop has a local artist gallery wall and tons of beautiful plants. Feels cozy like visiting a friend when coming in. Great location sandwiches between the library and sculpture park.

i come here a lot and genuinely enjoy the food for the most part but the service is not… good. i ordered the veggie breakfast sandwich and waited 25 minutes for it. when i got home it was a soggy croissant with just eggs… for the price, the long wait and rude staff (their petty responses to these reviews are abysmal) i probably won’t be returning anytime soon and i sure won’t be recommending this place anymore!

Always love the coffee here! Very welcoming environment with safe COVID precautions in place. Food options are good as well

Super good and super friendly. Came in for my first time with my 3 year olds do 9 year old they were very nice and patient while I figured out what to order. And the food was bomb! I got the quiche which was basil and tomato with a side of salsa and my 9 year old got a breakfast sandwich that had a bit of spice to it and it was delicious! My three year old got a mini bunt cake and he gave it two thumbs up which is a very good sign. Also tried the horchata latte with soy milk and I’m telling you I just found my new favorite drink. Overall it was a great experience to say the least! ❤️

Really great neighborhood spot, I can see why it’s so well loved by locals. Lots of seating options, great place to get work done with lots of outlet options and both breakfast and lunch offerings. And the coffee was great! All-around win here.

The smoothie was good. I got the one with raspberry; it really could have used some real greens not powder. The Rital Breakfast sandwich was good, it was spicy. The fruit pie tasted like dough. It was sooo dry. The blueberry muffin tasted like it waa made from a box. Those two desserts are not recommended. All woman run business is awesome!

5 stars for the review feedback on others lolhave a nice day, thank you for the wonderful atmosphere.wish i could come after work hours!

A great place to grab a cup of your favorite 'Joe' and have a conversation with a friend!
