Quick service, food incredibly fresh and the person working the register threw in a free cookie and drink! Will 100% be going back.

Only had two high chairs available and both were broken. Safety hazard for children and babies . On top of that the man who preapred our food appeared to be the manager but he made the bowls very sloppy not draining the hot sauce chicken at all so it was a bowl full of sauce. Luckily we were just passing through on a roadtrip and will not ever come back here. Even if we lived here we wouldnt.

Clean restaurant with social distancing signage in place. Staff was polite and efficient and the food was yummy!

Should have kept driving, I stopped here on a whim for lunch, $16 is super pricy for burrito with cold ingredient, broken chips and cold queso. Super disappointed.

Qdoba means flavorful food. But if you add friendly and accommodating staff, you have a winner. The crew that works at this Ingersoll location always try to give you the best eating experience. In these times of places closing down due to “lack of help”. This team sets an example.

The portion they give varies from time to time, some of their employees give the portion based on their own preferences. As such, they only give 1 scoop of meat to me when I see the same employee giving another 1.5 scoop of meat. The rice is also too little, they only give one scoop of rice but a tons of beans. To the management, you need to set a standard as to how much should be portion for a person, or else these unfair practices will keep on going. I left the store with a half-full stomach, even after eating the free chips.

The service was good, but the rice was overcooked and the food in general seemed bland to me.

Got the chicken bowl and it was very good. The guys where fast and friendly.

Gave my friend free meal and 10 dollars, also food is great

The staff had no one else in line yet rushed through making our food. My burrito was hardly edible because it was loosely rolled and falling apart. My husband asked for shredded cheese and was given queso instead. Overall, just not the service and quality we've experienced in the past. Very disappointing...
