This Popeyes on Merle Hay Rd does not offer dine-in seating. Covid is in the rear view mirror. The “unable to hire” staff is a tired excuse. Forcing your loyal customers, which we have been for years, to eat in the car or at home is very disappointing and frustrating. Please consider opening up the dining room and focus on the customer instead primarily on the bottom line. Thank you.

No lights on, no one answered the phone. No one working even though their hours online say they're open. We put in an online order and waited in the drive thru twice (half an hour apart). No signs up saying that they were closed at 11:30 am on a Thursday. Tons of customers waiting in line thinking there was someone taking their order because of the automated "Try our chicken sandwich" message. So frustrating!

I ordered uber eats and it took so long that 3 drivers canceled the order and it was assigned to a new person. I'm assuming they had to wait in the the drive thru so every time a driver canceled...the wait started all over again. Don't do Uber if you can't keep up with orders. Or have a way for Uber drivers to pick up food without waiting in the drive thru line.

I have always been a fan of Popeyes. I am so disappointed at this experience. The pieces of chicken were so very small. The leg pieces were so small, they resembled the drumette piece of a typical wing. The side dishes were no more than 1/2 cup of food. It was a good 4 bites, however.I tried the classic flounder sandwich. I was able to recognize it as a fish sandwich on occasional bites where I could see some flakes of meat. It had WAY too much breading. I never recognized the taste of fish in any bite. After this visit, I am praying someone will open a Church's Chicken in the area.

Very bad for doordashing. They never have the lobby open even for delivery drivers at any point. I would highly suggest not ordering from this Popeyes online or accept any orders if you’re a driver. Very very bad convince for both sides

I don’t expect the greatest customer service here so I won’t rate them on that. Every time I’ve ordered here, the orders have been accurate and the food has been delicious. Sometimes they forget to add the sauces in the bag, but not a big deal. I do love their tenders with the sweet heat sauce. My biggest complaint is that their drinks almost always taste off, maybe the fountain drink syrups need to be replaced more often than they are being changed. I would stay away from the fountain drinks.

Had the employee in the drive thru tell me to shut up. His exact word were, “ Shut up! You’re talking to loud in my ear.” I just stopped my order and drove away. What type of person that works in customer service/ food industry thinks that is acceptable? Popeyes I I’ll never get my business again.

They handled the busy night really well but forgot all my sauce packets. Now I dont know what your sauces taste like.

I love Pop when it is good but recently it has been so old and dry on Merle Hay, can not even eat it, too tough to chew.

After snow your supposed to plow your parking lot. It was not shoveled at ALL and I ended up getting stuck, very frustrating being 7 months pregnant. On a bright side I’m Thankful for the kind stranger who stopped to help me.
