Arrived at the height of lunch hour (1245) in the drive through. Store was empty of customers. Rude guy tells us "We out of chicken". I was dumbfounded. He then tells us, "if you want it, you will wait 20 minutes". Aggravated, with new 4 cars behind me, I decided to just leave. You can do MUCH better, but you choose not to. I wonder if the new owner of this Popeyes would be pleased knowing the amount of money he lost in 5 actual minutes because they won't do the ONE JOB they're hired for. Make chicken or close permanently.

We went through the drive through and ordered a pretty simple meal (three chicken sandwiches, one spicy, one plain all with just fries) we get our food and forgot to check and we go around and there is 3 coleslaw and biscuits, we ordered none of that. Then they expect us to go back through the 20 minute drive through to get our meal and they got it wrong again and didn’t give us a plain chicken sandwich. So then we knock on the window and and get them to open the back door so we can tell them they got it wrong again. She says that we need to go through the drive through for a third time and we asked for the manager but they said the manager was too busy. Horrible service

I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered and paid through the app around 8 o’clock and it read my order would be ready soon. I took my time and went there around 8:30 to pick up my order and the person said that it was going to be a few minutes because they wanted to make fresh chicken strips for our chicken strip family meal. We waited 45 minutes and then the person brings us our order. We trusted the people to make our order correctly, but it was wrong. We had no sides and we did not even have the right number of chicken strips or biscuits. We called the restaurant and the man gave some lame excuse and said that they were closed so we could not get any sides for our dinner. More and more I am getting really disheartened with Popeyes. Go somewhere else!

Ordered a very large order online to feed 7 people. Before leaving the store the order was checked and was missing approximately half the order. Pulled back through the drive thru to let them know and they were very rude. Manager stated that we had to report it through the app, had no idea how to report it through the app and was very rude. Figured out how to report it and was given a message stating that they would contact me within 24-48 hours. Not sure how that is supposed to rectify the order at the time. Ended up having to stop somewhere else to make sure everyone had something to eat. I will never visit this store again. Manager stated that the owner had two stores, would really like to know where the other one is so I can avoid that one as well. After reading the reviews it is obvious that the owner does not care how his staff treats customers or this would have been dealt with long before now.

Online says 10, their window says 10. Someone answered the speaker and asked for my order, then no response. Drive up to window and they speak through the glass and say they're not open. Update your hours and don't roll your eyes and get sassy with customers.

Don’t order from their online app. It’s a joke. We placed a 70 dollar order, got the bag in the drive thru, was missing half of it. Went back through and explained they didn’t put all the food in the bag and the Manager lacked any common sense and said we should have the receipt they stapled to the bag (no receipt) and said to get our order fixed we would have to go on the app. He was a sarcastic douche bag that could have fixed THEIR mistake by providing us the food we missed that we already paid for. Trying to get our money back for what we did not get now.

Waited for over 30 mins to get the food that I ordered online!!!! I will never visit another Popeyes again. Call the establishment after the first 15 min of waiting and they pretty much said sol buddy, all she was screaming at the employees for not checking the online orders and I get home and the order was completely wrong!! Keep up the good work Popeyes

I do not really care for them these days. The lobby has never re opened and you are forced to only use the drive through. Other issues happened the last time I ordered from them. There’s a sign outside that says you are responsible to check your back before pulling away or it’s your fault you didn’t get your food. This location is the only one that’s not open to the public and they have a serious issue about giving you what you paid for. We didn’t get our sides that we paid for we were offered to get them the fallowing day, we decided not to drive all the way there to get our sides the next day. We were very dissatisfied with not receiving our drink and sides and we did not want to drive 20 minutes to go back and get them again. They need to check their own orders or open up their lobby so we are not holding up the line to assure they did their job correctly. The lobby has been closed for 2 years. It’s insanity.

One of the worst fast food locations in the area.. They're not even busy but they're a bunch of vehicles waiting on orders in the parking lot because they don't want people waiting in the drive thru line..??? Waited here for 20 min for one chicken sandwich???

Wanted 2 orders of the nuggets for lunch and was told only had enough for one order very rudely by the drive thru worker. Who made it clear my presence was just not wanted at the time. I don't know if I came after a busy rush and they were short staffed? Or he simply doesn't have any people skills!
