Customer service was AWFUL! It was five minutes till closing so she told me she wouldn’t deliver this late. I understand, but she didn’t give me any other options…I had to ask. She took my order and told me to be there in five minutes. I got there and the door was locked. She asked my name through the locked door while it was raining, then went back to her computer to check… I never even gave her my name. I went back to my car to wait and she was very annoyed. Then she was ready for me to come in and pay so motioned me to the door, I get out of my car go to the door she turns around and walks away because she had to answer the phone. Well the place is already closed and she’s not going to make anyone a pizza so I don’t know why she has to answer the phone. Just rude! Don’t work at a job where you have to work with people if you don’t like people.
Very quick order time for pick up. Food was very hot and fresh!
This location is never open for delivery. They even take your online orders and then call you to say they won’t deliver. Very frustrating.
Sauce was all over the place
You can see I have usually given everywhere else a great review. The lady I was just talking to so I could place my order was extremely rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I would never ever ever order from this Pizza Hut you can get top quality service and communication from any local Papa John’s. This kind of attitude is why Pizza Hut is failing

The service and communication were good. The main issue is the pizza itself. We ordered a thin and crispy and a hand tossed, when I got it and brought it back to the house, the thin and crispy pizza was not crispy at all. I picked up a slice and it had no structure and sagged completely. I had to put it in the oven once home to get it to a crispy level that it should have been. We won’t be returning.
Make sure there is cheese and toppings on all the pizza not just half of it. It was a cut very poorly and the toppings that I had looked like it was eaten before it went on the pizza and would like a refund
I called to place and order and she was very rude! I tried to tell her what kind of pizza we wanted and she kept rudely yelling what kind of crust do you want. I hung up the phone. I do not deal with rudeness! We will not order from Pizza Hut ever again!
Submitted an order at 8:30pm which included 8pc wing, 10 mini cinnamon rolls, and a 2L Sierra Mist. I never received my order even tho they don’t close till 10pm.
