The food was great and the guy who brought my food out to my vehicle was very nice but I wasn't too happy that the store closer to my house didn't have what I wanted and couldn't deliver so I had to go pick up my own food
Had to choose at least 1 star, wasn't good... Cold toppings very skimpy, only good part was the delivery
The pizza was very dry and the breadsticks had very little cheese and were burnt.My pizza was cold when it got delivered to me. I called the manager Cody multiple times to complain that I hadn't received my pizza yet and that it would be cold when I received it. Instead of offering me money back or a future discount he would only assure me that my pizza would be hot. It is not hot. I had to reheat it when it finally got here. I paid delivery fees and tipped the driver to ensure my order would get here in a timely and efficient manner and I received neither. This is extremely disappointing.
The order was placed by phone. It was ready when promised and it was made exactly as ordered and it was hot and delicious. Staff was prompt and courteous when I got to the store to pick up.

We ordered it at 6:15 and said it was supposed to be at our house by 7:34 we got it at 8:20 and one of my pizzas was missing we called the said would run it out waited 1 hour then called back and was told that i hung up on her when she said these words exactly we will have it out to you soon i am not happy. And we will never order from them again.

Rude! I had a large delivery and left a nice tip PRIOR to delivery as it was on the payment screen. Never again! The guy was a complete jerk. Not sure why he was acting that way...there was no reason for it. I will not be using them ever again. There are other business who deliver pizza and can be friendly, or at the very least not rude! If you order from this location, do not put your tip on when up order. Do it upon delivery so you can atleast base it on the service you get. Reviews that say they gave good service are highly inaccurate and suspect. Terrible service is the norm.
I ordered the other night and when went to feed it to my grandchildren I open the box it has hardly any cheese and sauce on it and the stuff crust was rubbery. The bbq chicken had hardly any sauce on it. So I made a quick replacement dinner for the kids and put them to bed then I call them and they put me through to a manager I tell him about the pizza saying I can bring it back and he puts me on hold another girl manager was really rude and trying to say it's been over 2 hours. I said It has not been 2 hours a hour if that she wanted to keep being rude I asked for corporate number she said look it up myself and hung up on me. So I did call corporate and told them what happened and they said they were going to investigate it and credit me on my account a refund. That's not really the point it's a manager that was being very rude is the problem. So I won't go back to that pizza hut again.
Absolutely amazing!! Best pizza we have ever had!! We were shocked!! So good. I called the store and a sweet lady named Brenda answered, I wanted to let her know we were very satisfied!! She was so sweet!! Definitely our new DoorDash pizza place!!
I called to see if they still carry fries so this new one named Brenda answered n I asked her if they sell fries, she said “fries”?! I said yes. She hanged up on me! I called back n confronted her about it n I spoke with her manager who was even much ruder! She was defending the girl! The new girl lied about not having fries. All I said was to train her staff to be better at customer service and this b**** wants to start getting loud with me!!!! I’ll be calling corporate on both
