i had made an honest mistake with a coupon and was unable to pay for the pizza i had ordered. yes, this part was my fault, i am aware, but there was absolutely no feasible reason for the MANAGER of all people to immediately get an attitude with me over the simple question of whether or not it was possible for me to place a new order for the correct pizza. sent me away empty handed to find something else to feed my younger siblings. inflexible, unwilling to listen, and overall rude environment. i have never had an issue with a papa john's before this location, so while the company itself is perfectly alright, steer well clear of this particular locarion.
Placed an order over the phone. They took my credit card and never delivered food. Store refused to make my food - said I had to order and pay again. Store did not see the order and was very short and rude. I communicated I had already paid and they did not care.I went to another place to buy my grandmother her pizza. I am disputing the charges which still showed up on my card. Do not go here or give them your information over the phone.
Delivery took way to long. Nobody is going to wait 2 hours for a delivery & come back to you again.Pizza cold barely warm.

Placed an order for just some cheese sticks and garlic knots at 5pm, food didn’t get to me until 6pm, turns out they sent it to the wrong place, called at 6:25pm to replace the order, 7:10 and they still weren’t here so I called and turned out they never placed the order because they partner with door dash And order went through them (on the papa johns app) and they didn’t know what to do.
Delivery time showed it was 2 hours after I completed my order, so we went & got it. They wouldn't credit back my tip for "driver" which was messed up. But we able to credit back my delivery fee. Odd, right?Food was good, as Papa John's is always good.
Ordered a meal that came to $22.84 plus tip of $4.57, total= $27.41. I checked my credit card statement this morning and these scammers took an extra $5.01 without my consent.These people not only outsource their customer service for orders, they steal your money as well. What a sham of a company! #cancelpapajohns
Estimate time of 41-51 mins, after an hour I had to call. Was told delivery was running about 2-2 1/2 hours, on a Sunday! Finally almost 2 hours later they delivered the COLD pizza and knots! If my family wasn't so hungry I would've put it in the oven to heat it up but they were willing to eat cold food. It wasn't even warm, it was straight up cold! So disappointing and probably gonna go back to other pizza place.
This is my local Pappa John's and they always provide great service. Our most recent delivery driver Kelsey was very polite and got our food to us in record time. Will continue to order from them when making dinner is not in the books ?.
Ordered pizza and cheese sticks last night. Order never showed up so they said they would give me a free redo order today. An hour and a half later they still hadn’t showed up so I called and the driver said no one was home so instead of calling he just brought it back to the store. I’ve been home the whole time and have 2 dogs that let me know if someone is at the door. I will never order from this papa johns again. Even the managers are useless. 1 star is being nice
