Orderd online, said it would take 30 - 40 minutes. Hour later grub hub shows up with cold pizza's, needless to say will not be doing that agian!!!
I called mgr to complain about the fact that I did not get what I ordered and was told that I did. !!! I ordered an epic pepperoni with pepperoni stuffed crust with extra cheese on it... I basically got a cheese pizza with pepperoni stuffed crust.... again not what I ordered by any means... will not use that store again for sure !!!!
Ordered a large sausage yesterday. It showed up with almost no sausage, was thinner than your typical jacks pizza, and undercooked. I have been visiting the bathroom today every 5 minutes..
This thing was supposed to be original large specialty Supreme with only pepperoni for meat and extra cheese that we paid extra for. With 18 wings well done. So they made the pizza well not the wings, had only 8 or 9 pieces of pepperoni and hardly any other toppings. For $40 flipping dollars! No, just no. Worst pizza I've ever seen a Papa John's try to serve.
Haven't had a bad experience here yet. Until today when I ordered left sausage, right pepperoni and they did left sausage & pepperoni, right just cheese. I called and the manager is sending a corrected pizza by delivery, even though I did carryout initially. Far better customer service than the dominos on douglas!
Staff was very friendly and the pizza was timely. But, one needed a neutron microscope to find any sausage, mushrooms and onion on it. Flavor was blah, dissapointed.

I never order from here but they were the only place delivering one night an to be honest it was amazing I might try it again but who knows!
Will not answer the phone. Have tried multiple times over the last month. The call center will try to transfer you to constant ringing then it hangs up.
