Wow!!! I don’t come to this location anymore because they’ve messed up our order and given us crunchy beans. My brother came from out of town and wanted to have Panch quickly. Even though, WEST DES MOINES is the way to go :) so awesome there.The guy was arguing with my brother that his order was a different one because he wasn’t able to keep track of what he was doing.He then proceeds to not bob anyone’s burrito?? I ask the lady next to him because she was closer if they bob burritos here. “Yes”. Why isn’t he bobbing anyones food?? “Idk, I’ll let him know” as she lets him keep doing it???Idk what is happening to this beautiful place but it is NOT going well here. AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT SOLID PANCHEROS!
Excellent hustle! In terms getting customers in/out. Good food!! As customers we may forget it's people preparing our food. Generally with food service it's a lot of work involved.... That doesn't factor customers bad attitudes.
Dominique was amazing. She was busy making the meal and holding a conversation with customers. One negative is that the restaurant was super hot, it was very uncomfortable for me as a guest, can’t image how the staff feels with it that hot in there and working next to hot stoves. Not sure if the AC is broken or just set so high but please fit this for your team and guest.
Easily the most dismal Panchero's in central Iowa....this is a normal bag of chips
Sad… this is at least the third time I’ve been to this location and they have NO ICE for the drinks, again! How hard is it to go to the grocery store 5 blocks away and buy some 20lb bags of ice! Plus the AC is not working, hot as heck in here! Funny the cups says, ICE… not
As others have said, the workers don't seem to give AF. Wife stood there for a very long time before being acknowledged, was about to leave. Looking at the pictures I thought we were getting two large tacos full of ingredients... like meal size... ended up with a tiny scoop of chicken and cheese wadded up into a tin foil ball. The lady working just pointed at stuff and this is what I got. Tasted like it was made with 90% salt and 1% effort. Have gotten more, better, for less, with better service, at Taco Bell
Busy location, free parking in well lit lot, food' hot & tasty & I consistently get exactly what I order. Lastly the staff are awesome putting the customers first.
Worst service ever!!!! The manager was rude to our kids because she couldn’t comprehend the orderThey wanted a burrito and a taco. She started making them two pork tacos & we said that’s not what they ordered so she slammed the food in the trash rolled her eyes and walked away for another co worker to help us! The co worker even told her you got their order wrong I heard them clearly!!!! My kids are 7&16 she shouldn’t even be a manager rude service ever we will never come back!!!! It was 2:15 pm on Saturday 19,2022 I hope corporate see this too
Was in there a while back late Saturday night got a burrito was not very plz service was good but food wasnt very hot guc n corn relish were a lil on the salty side and would have like a bigger bag of chips and the option to have non blue corn chips as a regular chipotle customer would have to say it didn't measure up
Went to this location I ordered a burrito it was awful I will never be eating hear again the meat was old Dre hard no flavor sloppy just nasty
