I ordered a small works pizza. Worst pizza I've ever had. Very dry, didn't look or taste fresh. Very little cheese and I'm not a huge fan of cheese, but I would like to at least see it and taste it. This location just keeps going down hill in quality and service. I'm done with this place. Definitely wasn't worth the price. I wouldn't feed this to my dog.
I ordered from Northern lights twice and both times the pizza was really good the first time I ordered I picked it up and it was good and then the second time I ordered which was last week I had it delivered and they told me it would take about and hr but they actually got here within 30 minutes the pizza was hot the bread sticks was hot and fresh and I have no complaints I will be ordering from them again
Only reason I'm giving four stars is because it took over 2hrs for me to get my pizza delivered. Otherwise five stars. Love the breadsticks. Love them
Second time in less than a month driver went to Urbandale to deliver when we called the Hubbell location for delivery on east side. Called the manager and they tried to credit next purchase. Told them to credit the current order since more than likely it would be cold upon receiving. 2.5 hours later called back and they canceled the whole order instead of crediting it and never called back. Not impressed at all. Why would you drive west when the address is east. Common sense would tell you to maybe call the customer and double check the location?
If I could leave a zero star review I would.... ordered the pizza at 2:36 pm, was told it would be delivered within an hour... at 4 pm we called to see what the status was. The person who answered said "oh, it is sitting right here on the counter, we will send it right now"... at 4: 45 it shows up... with a 35 dollar price tag, for a medium pizza and an order of wings... nope! I sent it back. 35 dollars for a 2 hour old pizza... I don't think so.
We got a half and half pizza and breadsticks! Ohhhh my god it was so yummy!
I’ve lived here just over a year and for the first time had Northern Lights pizza…we ordered the Louisiana Chicken Supreme and it was phenomenal! The crust was so flavorful and it was baked to perfection. The boneless wings weren’t great but they were like chicken tenders and didn’t deliver well, got too soggy during delivery. I really liked the parm breadsticks dipped in the garlic sauce. Delivery driver was pleasant and showed up early.
Northern lights on Hubbell Ave has the most polite employees and the best pizza in my opinion. They are always friendly and never are late getting my order. Best pizza is the grinder in my opinion. Keep up the great work guys.
This was our Large “taco pizza”, and “8” wings. Taco pizza had absolutely no toppings and looked very burnt, and we only got 6 weeks with barely any sauce. They did remake our order Which was nice, but the lady who I spoke with was a lot LESS than friendly. Food was not terrible but definitely not worth the hassle or the 50$ spent. (Not pictured, medium pepperoni and breadsticks.
I ordered a lasagna pizza and cavatelli dinner too. I called the store back after I picked up my order and got it home. I had ordered two dinners and they put it in one box and it looked like it was one meal I called the stores and said they haven't gotten to put my other meal in there. They said it was in there. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that the portion size was so small that it appeared to be only one meal. Other than that the taste was good and was prepared well but not enough. And especially not enough for two people
