Came in after playing sand volleyball at The Sands which ended at 8:30pm. Wanted to do a to go order as we were in a hurry and walked in between 8:45 and 8:50 pm. They informed us they stopped serving at 8:45. If the kitchen closes at 8:45 pm then show that on the door of the building and online. Won't be spending my money at this particular restaurant in the future.
Staff was super overwhelmed but still went above and beyond to be kind to customers AND each other! Yummy food good experience
Good food, great service but hard to get out of it to go into town.
I eat here like everyday always curbside since covid.I have had a few issues with the app etc and the manager on duty today, just an awesome person very professional, very helpful to resolve and obviously very set on keeping customers. They need to keep her around. ?❤️
Probably the worst service I’ve ever received at a food joint. I used to order delivery frequently—but my drink almost never comes with the order. I called ahead of visiting their location once to ask if I could just get a refund, and the girl politely told me she was sorry for the inconvenience and that they could get a refund taken care of at the location. I pull up, and not only are there about 10 kids standing around with their hands in their pocket—every single one of them is just ignoring me and hoping someone else will take my order. A girl and boy finally help me, I explain the situation, and the boy very rudely tells me they don’t do refunds and I need to “call the other people to get one”. I asked what the number is so I can call them—and he just goes “I don’t know. Just call them.” I said I don’t know what number to call, and he just sets a cup on the counter like “just take this”. I said I don’t want a drink, I want a refund, and he just keeps walking.Far from the only negative encounter at this facility, but probably the worst. Don’t eat here if you can help it.
Not a very good experience. The woman at the counter was gruff and lacked customer service. I took my grand daughters out for birthday lunch. When we walked in she shouted out, I hope you plan to use a credit card because I can't take cash. I got soup and side salad. She forgot to give me my salad. My grand daughter stood at the counter for a very long time before she asked for my salad. The woman just threw two pieces of lettuce in a bowl and tossed it on the counter. If I hadn't been with my grand daughters, I would have complained. I do not plan to go back to this Noodles & Company. Very unhappy with our visit here.
At one point, 5 people were waiting for an order and 1 person waiting to order and NOT ONE WORKER out on the floor. Ducts are filthy, trashes full/over flowing, dirty tables, bathrooms dirty. BUT. Food was good. That's it.
They never get the orders correct! Like literally NEVER. NOT ONCE. Why do I keep trying?!?!? Tonight was awful. Ordered 4 entrees and not a single one is correct! One is missing and now they are closed. Thanks Noodles… KILLIN’ it as always.
My husband got food poisoning from this place. Also very dirty and the staff are lazy.
Just got home and my Buffalo Mac amd cheese is plain noodles with Buffalo chicken. And my son's plain noodles extra parm is extra pepper no parm. If you can make food high than get a different job. They lost my buisnees for good.
