Out of 3 ingredients that create the dish, spinach was completely missing, there were about tomatoes total, and mushrooms came in less than that. As one of their simplest dishes, this was packaged knowing that the dish was inaccurate. For the price you pay for their pasta, this was incredibly disappointing.
Was waiting for 20 minutes. Went up to ask about my order and they forgot about it. After 20 minutes of waiting. No apologies, discounts, etc. they just gave me back me receipt.
I enjoyed my order of tortellini. I had them add feta cheese, chicken, and croutons. I had it Delivered with Doordash, and it came in a timely manner.It was big enough that I made two meals out of it. Pretty tasty.
The food was good, I ordered enough for several meals and it warmed up well over the next few days.I was extremely overcharged and don't know how to fix it. Somehow either accidentally doubled my charges or doubled my order and forgot to bring the other half. Not sure if it was Door Dashes issue or Noodles.
Ordered a buffalo cheese mac and received plain noodles with a few bits of chicken and topped with Parmesan cheese. No signs of onions or any cheese in the Mac. Extremely disappointed, this is the second time I've ordered from here with these results, I'm not going here again
I always have Pad Thai here. Used to add pork but they haven't had this on their menu for some time. I now add tofu. This time for some reason it was really runny. Still tasty though.
I’m honestly shocked at how filthy the drink station was. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in MONTHS! There was syrup splashed all over the fountain drink machine that was so thick and caked on that it was literally almost black. The spot by the tea container had rings of spilled beverages caked onto the counter. This can’t be sanitary, especially in the midst of a pandemic.
Drove 30 min here Google says they were open . When we got here they were leaving cause a employee witch is the cook i think had a emergency so they all were leaving as i was coming in by that been said 4 of them where coming out like . U guys are a business and only have 1 cook . 1 cook? Really . So ur saying that the manager who told me they where closing that day doesn't know how to cook or train people ??
Overpriced, skimpy meals that are always never hot enough! There was a time I liked this joint. Idk what happened but they fell off.
Giving this a location as a whole 5 stars as they were helpful kind and got my order right away.As for coperate I'd give them a 2 or 3. I'm really sad that I find a meal that I love and then the next time I come in they no longer have it. I wish they would stop getting rid of items from the menu.
