Ordered 3 things in the drive thru: a big mac, a 10 piece chicken nugget, and a medium fry. They gave us some sauce for the nugs... but no nugs. And the fries were hot, but they were soggy. And the big mac had no flavor and was 90% lettuce. How y'all gonna get paid more than 30% of healthcare workers, and still not get it right.
I went in sat down to rest a minute. The staff was on me immediately telling me I had to order or leave. That was unnecessary ?
They close too early I'm hungry after 8:00 or 10:00 whatever that's when I used to eat it sucks but I was so hungry the food tasted good actually even cold and hard buns
By far the fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I frequent here for coffee in the mornings and I’m in and out of the drive thru within a few minutes every time I go!
The weekend crew at this McDonald's are absolutely unorganized, and NEVER get your order right when getting more than 1 meal!! We ordered 4 breakfast COMBOS, and an extra hashbrown with a side of gravy. We did not get ANY hashbrowns, the single sandwich we ordered, the side of gravy, or the last meal!! The lobby was closed. Had to walk up to drive thru window! Altering handing them the receipt and explaining, we still did not get our hashbrowns or gravy.
Just ordered one cheeseburger happy meal, one four piece chicken nugget happy meal, two double cheeseburgers and two small hot fudge sudaes. They only heard one sundae so i had to go thru the line again for the other to avoid angry kids. It costs about $25 total which is an absolute rip off and waste of time. A couple weeks back i ordered just two double cheeseburgers and it kept adding everything else on the menu to my order which kept messing with the prices and wasted alot of time. Try any other mcdonalds if thats what you want. This one is pretty sketchy imo.
Still can’t get any body’s order right. I order a spicy mcchicken and got a ten piece nugget instead of the sandwich. I don’t understand how you guys wanna get paid over $7.25 if you can’t get one thing right just so disappointing anymore.
No complaints for the 14th Location. Used the drive through and process went smoothly. Employees were pleasant, process was quick, & food was hot and tasty!
Never can get the order correct. Always missing something, but they charge you for the full meal. When you say something is missing, they are so rude. The owner needs to train the employees. Food is cold too.
The food was nice and fresh but the customer service was horrible. Everyone was rude and acted like they hated their job. I've never had an experience like that at this location before but the food was nice and fresh
