Apparently they forgot it was a double drive through. 10-12 cars were helped in the outside lane while us in the inside lane could do nothing but sit and watch. They could have at least apologized for their mistake.

This McDonald's has went downhill super fast. We sat in drive-thru for a while thinking that someone would jump on and take our order like the vehicle in front of us. Nope took two orders from the other canopy. This isn't a good McDonald's to visit.

Actually gotta give this McDonald's some props. One of the worst in town I believe they've actually turned it around and my last few experiences there have been nice with good food.

To tired to cook decided to stop on the way home fast service all employees had a smile which was nice after along day

Their credit card machine wasn't working and needed rebooted. They asked me to come inside. For what? It was cold, windy and we were on our way home from the hospital where my husband had surgery. I declined. Then they insisted on cash. I didn't have any. I asked how long to reboot it. They said 4 mins. Told me to pull to the side. We waited 15 mins. Had to call the store. They told me to come in again. Finally sent someone out to get my card. She brought back my cc and receipt but no food. The receipt was wrong. She came out with our food. Missing a sandwich and drink. I told her. She said I'll send my manager out. Why not just bring the missing items? We waited. No manager. Called the store again. FINALLY got our missing items but the girl who brought them out said, "My manger said to tell you next time come in." WHAT?! No apology ever. They acted like I was causing issues. Ridiculous!

The problem with having to go thru drive-thru so much is the HIGH RATE OF ERRORS IN YOUR ORDER‼️QVERY seldom am I EVER able to simply place my order, pull around to pick up, & feel confident in being ABLE to leave, & find out once home everything is correct‼️

Food was good quality for McDonald's. Had to sit a the register for a while because there were no cashiers. Food also took a while to get ready

This McDonald's has messed up several of my orders; in person orders and on the app. They are not willing to compensate (a free extra coffee or extra fries) for their errors after having to return to get the correct items. The line is usually long and are not the most customer service oriented staff which is reflective of the management.

There drive thur rocks in the mornings they really know how to get you in and out of there without a long wait. The longest I have waited in line was 3 minutes and the line was to the street. Keep up the good work
