Sadly, I went to McAlister's for what I considered a special lunch. My last day of work (retirement) and was wanting a really nice lunch. It was done on time (as I ordered on line), I picked it up, etc. sat down to eat, the bread on the sandwich was as hard as could be! Same with the meat, dry, funky, nasty!I threw away $15.00 - I will NEVER eat at another McAlister's again!
Had the spicy turkey sandwich. It was super good. Service was quick and the cucumber and tomato salad side dish was?
Good quality food, a bit expensive though. Its kind of like a paneras with less atmosphere. I enjoyed it. Would return again.
Tyler’s great, super friendly and brought our food out quick! Usually pretty busy around lunch but the quality of food is always great!
Really, really good food and good prices. The staff were also quick and very friendly. The sauces on the sandwiches were fantastic and they used just the right amount.
Heidi that checked me out was AMAZING!!! She was so nice and helpful. She deserves a raise! I haven’t had great customer service like that in a long time :)
I visit restaurants yesterday I had dinner with my family and right as I went to take a bite I found a long hair to took the plate back to the counter and the young kid working said he would have ot remade for me.He did exactly that. But I no apologies were giving I manage a restaurant and i always as the manager make contact and apologize for anything like this that happens. This is one of our favorite places for a quick dinner,staff is always friendly and comes out to check on us but last night the only interaction we got was when they brought our order out and when we went to the counter for something.wasn't even busy..
So the food is good. BUT CHECK YOUR ORDER FOR PICK-UP!! I've gotten pick up many times and it's almost wrong EVERYTIME. The sandwiches are sometimes just messily thrown together. My biggest problem just happened today- there was a sandwich pick INSIDE my sandwich, placed like it was an ingredient. Luckily I didn't chip a tooth, but not cool man, not cool.
The staff was friendly. Wasn't so crazy about the chili, but the rest of the food was good. The Mrs brought home carrot cake for later and is hopeful that it will be good.
I can’t express the amount of appreciation I have for the crew working tonight! (4/11/22) I called these guys at 8:57 pm asking if there was anyway I could put an order in for Mac N Cheese. I have my pregnant wife at home craving their Mac ? the young lady who answered the phone was very polite and loved my request! So I showed up at 9:02 she met me at the door with my wife’s Mac N Cheese and a smile and said “get this home to her!” So I did just that! Thank you SO much! You guys are life savers!
