What can I say besides fresh and fire! I have tried several long johns the fish has become ridiculous since the pandemic however you guys are still serving up the same old thick great braided better pieces of fish way to go it was excellent
It’s open! Unlike Douglas location that closes at 4pmThey were busy on a Monday at 6:30. Fresh fish would be better.
Haven't been to one of these in 20 some years. We got what we expected...decent chicken and fish, mediocre fries, and pretty good hush puppies. The service was fine, but I probably won't go back.
Great root beer on tap. Fish and chips are tasty, too. Still don't know what the heck a "hush puppy"is made of, but it good.
Lobby is still closed and they have not improved the way they deal with drive through. You will wait a long time to get through the line. They need to take notice of other restaurants in how they have implemented ways to improve efficiencies. The food is good so the wait is worth it.
I was here around 8:30 pm. The inside isn't open for dining in right now. Idk if its because of covid issues or what? So I went to drive up lane and it took about 15 minutes to order my food and get up to the window, pay & pick up my order. I told them at the window I needed tarter and shrimp sauce for my food. I left drive up and pulled into a parking spot to eat, and they hadn't put any sauces in my bag! I couldn't get in the doors because they were locked so I had to wait 15 more minutes in the drive up lane just to get my dang sauces! By the time I parked again to eat, my food had gotten cold! So I had to eat cold soggy food for $15. I wasn't happy when I left. It seems like I always have an issue with one thing or another!
I love this place however it always seems to have a wait...1 car....7 cars your gonna wait lol
Food was good, quick serve time too. Ordering was a little awkward, had to repeat order and continually correct the trainee at register. Respect to the young lady training the much older worker, more patience than I could have shown.
This Long John silver's is the exception to the rule. Always friendly great atmosphere great music and the food is always hot. The only thing that I was disappointed in were the hush puppies. Somehow they've changed the recipe and cut them inside only a third of what they used to be. Come on Long John silver's fixed this.
This is a very popular place. All of our food was great. We only ordered off of the LJS's menu. I would stop here again if we are in the area.
