I bragged on this place to a friend of mine how good the hamburgers where. They made me look like a fool. There was nothing special bout them. They was small a little flavor
Family Meal Promotion advertised but they refuse to honor the deal that was offered because it was going to make them run short. Manager literally said he doesn't care if people don't like how he runs his place. Very rude.
Used to be several locations across Iowa now I'm only aware of the Cedar Rapids & Des Moines locations. We visited the Des Moines stores lobby was closed, but drive thru was open. Had 2 pcs fish with hush puppies of course and fries. Simply wonderful!
The worst experience I've had with any long johns 20 minutes sitting in the Drive-Thru only car there at the time in the food was still cold and nasty like it has been sitting for hours worst Food I've had ever will never eat there again
Good food, basic everything else, make sure you check your bag before you leave the parking lot!
Was really craving some LJS, but they were closed. Closed at 5pm. Usually whe. They are open its hot freah food!
Polite and got me my order. There speaker/microphone needs a little work. The food was delicious.

Gave me the wrong food first time . They took it back . Then they give me somewhat the right order and still didn’t put the 6 shrimp that were paid for . Terrible service and wont go back ? just reminded me why I don’t eat fast food anymore
The fish always smells like bad fish. Every time I eat at this location I get like the stomach flu. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Very bad experiences
