MOUTH WATERING ?, DELICIOUS AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD?!!! IT'S A MUST!! HIDDEN GEM?
I ordered delivery by door dash and service was good. My food order was the El Gordo Especial. Was 2 grilled porkchops, 2 fried eggs, rice and beans. They pork chops were very flavorful and good. The eggs in the picture shows over easy soft eggs, these were fried hard and crispy. Not what I like at all. The beans were good, but the rice was very bland, had no flavor. The salsas were explosive hot. I heard good reviews on this place so I wanted to try it. I'm done with them.

Latino groceries, as well as cooked ready to go Mexican food at the meat counter. This family owned business opened its newest location at 228 Army Post Rd. Clean building, a modern and inviting appearance on the outside, parking is great. And it doesn't stop there! The inside was not only clean, and the tidiest I've seen but I must say, out of all our local Hispanic grocery stores 'La Favorita' STILL maintains the highest level of service to date. Where the smiling faces, and sincere friendliness to both Spanish and English speakers make this truly a five star rating. As you can imagine the prices and quality of their meat and produce are definitely worth a shout out. Easy to remember name La Favorita. Can you imagine having them cater? I looked them up and they even deliver!
Some great improvements on the store! Brand new fridges for the meat and everything looks so fresh. Colorful, Wonderful store with authentic Mexican food. 100% recommend the burrito. One will fill you up for the entire day

Great food and service!I arrived late one day without knowing when the kitchen was shut down. I told them I would come back another time but they insisted I stay and eat. They even made me quesabirrias when they were sold out for the day. The cook (owner?) came out and shared his love for food with me. Their meat counter has excellent pastor.
