I got a bucket of chicken tenders and they were real moist and fresh. I’m glad they don’t have the chicken precooked any more. I don’t know about you, but I would rather wait a little as long as it’s fresh. It was a little pricey, but, over all , pretty satisfying.
Pull in for grilled chicken and there isn't any im told. Wth KFC? I love it all but dang it :(
Had issues placing order online. Called the store to notify them of my large order so I wouldn’t have to wait forever. Got to the store and came inside to sort everything out- after some confusion I was YELLED at that I have to go through the drive through. Wish Ashley would have told me that on the phone, or anyone that talked to me at the counter, but this location seems to default to treating people like garbage instead.
Cashier was extremely rude and messed up our order 3 times. They then proceeded to fill our spicy famous bowls to the top with oil which I don't think could've been done by accident. So now when we open the bowls that oil is going to spill everywhere. And when we asked for her name she refused to give it and closed the window in our face.
Staff are great! Food was warm not hot, biscuits were hard as a rock
Okay, but not as good as it used to be. The biscuits aren't as good, and Popeye's chicken tastes better. Also, the new packaged chocolate chip cookies aren't as good.
Food was fresh, staff was friendly & efficient. They get 5 stars for my visit! Job well done!
Soooo slow, always. Management you need to check your times for the night shift. 15 mins total time with 5 mins of sitting in front of a screen due the lady not being able to multi task is beyond me.You can do better...

For some reason they gave me a feeling that I'm not welcome there. I will quote what other people said which exactly how was my experiment their today: ( If you asked for any additional assistance or a question and you might as will be asking them for their firstborn baby. The people that work there are cold as ice. I feel bad for them to be honest and therefore can’t support that business anymore).
