This is the WORST Jimmy johns. About a year ago my husband and I ordered from this store at 5:45 . Our food did not come until 8 and when it did it was WRONG. 2 hours and our order was incorrect. When our food finally got here the delivery driver had 4 other people in her car, and when she delivered the food she was in an "outfit".We did contact corporate about this and the response was "Im sorry this happened." So they did nothing about this.Flash forward a year we order food food at the same Jimmy John's. This time we ordered online at 5:45, and our order did not arrive until 7:30. Again, our order was WRONG!!! Almost two hours later and our order was incorrect. There is nothing Freaky Fast about this, it's more like Freaky Slow.
The cashier didn’t change gloves taking orders or making sandwiches which is messed up. Otherwise good.
Horribly slow. Horribly apathetic workers. Worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had.
They are by far the slowest Jimmy Johns you can order from! It took 2 hours to get my delivery, and when I called to see where it was they seemed to not really know anything about it! I for one will never use this Jimmy John's again and I suggest if you read this review you don't as well it's not worth the wait!
If you're thinking of the freaky fast delivery that is so well advertised by Jimmy John's, think again. I live less than 2 miles from this location and it took an hour from when I ordered and the order was received at the store to be acknowledged as our for delivery. It has been almost an hour and a half and I am still waiting for my delivery- if this location can't provide this service then don't offer it.

Awesome store!! Great people!! And great food!! Heard a few employees chatting about how they’re still trying to find more drivers, these kids work so hard. Wishing the best for them all!

Always friendly and amazingly fast service even if there's a rush I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my sandwich. Absolutely love to come here and it's my favorite shop in all of Des Moines.
Freaky slow isn't even a good description. Technically I'm a 10 minute walk from the store even though my order was received over an hour ago I'm still waiting for a pathetic driver who I tipped $7 for a $30 meal to deliver a meal less than 3 minutes from their store to my house via an AUTOMOBILE with as an INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE who is now 1.5 hours into the order and STILL NOT HERE. JIMMY JOHN'S IS WORTHLESS.
