Waited 2 HOURS for my food. Called multiple times to see where driver was with my order. Store closed, still NO FOOD. Paid and tipped through app!
This Jimmy John's was the worst experience I've ever had with a Jimmy John's it should be closed down immediately to be restructured. I ordered food at 4:30 in the afternoon waited a half hour before they called and told me that there was no delivery person available. This is uncalled for for a restaurant the franchise owner should be ashamed that he runs the restaurant or she runs a restaurant like this. I work at a large facility and I will be spreading the news how horrible this place is.
Waited 10 min past open time and they were just sitting in there at the tables refusing to open the doors.
I called, asked if they where delivering and was told yes. Placed my order, left my hotel room and went and sat outside the hotel at the front too wait. Probably took me 3 minutes after i ordered that i was down there. 30 minutes pass, i called and was told bt an employee that they had pulled up to the hotel, called and text me. None of that happened. No one ever showed up, no one ever called or texted me. My food was never delivered.
This is the slowest Jimmy John's you could order from. They told me it would be 15 too 20 mins. After waiting for my food for a hour I told them too cancel my order. And customer service was just as bad as there understanding of time.
Literally 2 hour delivery for 1 single sandwich… ?? never again…
First time I ordered from here I selected pick-up. When I went to the store for the order, the cashier informed me it was transferred to another store for some unknown reasons across town. I specifically ordered at that store due to it being the closest to my work and I only have 30mins for my lunch. Decided to give them another try today. Ordered my food for delivery "since they're fast". I ordered at 11:19am, showed they received my order at 11:20am. Its 12:30 and still no food delivered. I've called twice and both times they said they would have it delivered "soon". Its been 15mins since I called. Never ordering from this Jimmy Johns again.
They never have delivery as an option, and seems to have undependable hours. If you want jimmy johns delivered in the East village area, prepare to be disappointed.Update: checked hours, said they were open, gave them a call and no one answered. So they also just decide to not open today I guess.
I live right around the corner, and this location seems like it is truly never open. We will even check online before going to make sure it says open, and on five different occasions, there has been some sign on the door saying they are closed. They also close earlier than they say on many occasions. Very unreliable and annoying.
Keep trying to give this location a second chance but 3 times I've tried to come here they have some sign on the door as to why they are closed. Just close your doors for good and save us all some time.
