We told him how talented and amazing he was, and how we needed more good people like him in the world to brighten our day. He than said something along the lines of “you never know what a person is going through that day and I try to do good things for people” which We thought was so kind and really did make us feel special. Customer service in your floral department was outstanding !!!! I believe her name was ivy(but 100 percent sure) I called to get a gift made up for my daughters 18th birthday ! She made great suggestions !!! Made ur look so cute ! Even followed up to make sure someone was going to pick it up ! This lady went above and beyond !! Thank you for making my daughters birthday special !!!
Multiple experiences with poor costumer service. After this last experience we will not be returning. Shelf stocker responds with “yep” when asked if my family and I can get through the isle she was blocking. We respond by laughing at the fact that we were made to feel like we (the customers) were in the way. She seemed very offended that she had to stop stocking her shelf for 1 second for us to get through. As we were walking away she yells “have a nice day!” sarcastically. When I returned to ask her what her name was she gets two inches away from my face and again raises her voice to answer. Very disappointed to have been treated this way while out with my family on a Sunday. Manager was nice however, didn’t ask for my name or any other information to follow up.
Only one aisle open. Everything else pushed to self checkout with lines there too.
I'm in town for an event this weekend. Dang this store is neat! The selection is awesome and the staff was super friendly.
I tried to aske one of the young ladies working to assist me.... Told me to hold on while she chatted with her co worker... Hope the food is better than the treatment.
We love to get the Chinese food to go on workout nights. It makes it a quick and easy to feed the kids and it’s a healthy option.
