We had pizza and chinese food, everything was fresh and the pizza toppings were cut right in front of us. The only disappointment is market grille has been replaced by wahlburgers, which was pricey for us at the time b(and I really wanted a burger initially).
Bartender order taker was a Jerk store manager Dawn thinks she's better than anyone else ego the size of a bus. They seem to forget a paying customer is where their paycheck comes from. Hyvee claims a helpful smile in Every aisle definitely not at this store. Employees are always on an ego trip. The place should be closed

Bar server waited on us (she was the only one working at that time of day). We both had a Wahlburger burger. I had the normal one which was pretty small. Tasted good but I could have probably eaten two. :( Hubby had the Juicy Lucy and he was satisfied with it. However note that their onion rings are onion STRINGS (haystack like ones). We were disappointed in those also. Food came out quick and the restaurant area was clean. There's a TV that you can watch the kitchen while they are cooking.
We have lived downtown for two years and chose our apartment because we could walk to the store. But now there are NO shopping carts. This makes the store not good for us. We need to be able to use a cart. You must have this available for us elderly and handicapped. I guess I will be going out to Pricechopper as they are elderly friendly, carts available. Even if you hid the carts and we had to ask, that would be helpful. Extremely disappointed
The management at this HyVee is amazing! Wade is always so friendly, helpful and approachable!

I hate writing reviews of places, especially bad ones, but the employees here need to socially distance and wear their masks (properly).
Love self check out for a few items but forcing customers to self check and bag their own grocieries by removing all other checkouts is insane. If I wanted poor customer service I'd go to Walmart.
I've ordered from here twice on DoorDash. The first time I received burned hardcooked eggs when I asked for basted, and no butter on the english muffin. The second time i ordered at 9:30 AM on a Saturday, only to receive a call at 9:55 saying they were out of chicken fried steak.Don't waste your money.
