Awesome service and awesome employees high quality food and service i’ve got the fuel plus and save three cents every time I go in Awesome store I will come back again and again
My question is, why would my mother in law be treated this way? Not 1, but 2 managers walking out by her and not offering help… NO ONE OFFERING HER HELP that WORKED there, but the people who were customers could. This is completely ridiculous as she’s a consistent customer, I’m highly disappointed in you Hy-Vee and your employees!
Service was very good and fast
I took my senior father to get his prescriptions. Sabrina L. ( the witch) was the cashier / tech up front. She was extremely rude to my father. He is legally blind and hard of hearing. she kept directing her questions to me . I feel she should have spoke louder to him and treated him with more respect rather than treating him like he was 3. I kept motioning her to ask him her questions- after all he was standing right in front of her!!!
I would like to say this store goes above customer service .. I placed an online order to be picked up same time as I had our Covid testing done .. Once I got home I noticed that they stated they were out of hamburger .. I called the store to confirm they stated they would check and call me back ... No they actually came and brought us the hamburger ...
I LOVE THE PRICES AND SPECIALS! I ALSO LOVE THE FOOD APPETIZERS! MOST OF ALL I LIKE OVERALL EXPERIENCES AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE!
Rude staff- employees eat at the bar top so customers can’t? This place not only smells bad but is also horribly managed.
