Took forever to get food, refused to give us large cups. (They clearly had plenty of large cups) took 20 minutes (there was one other person and we ordered very little food. And they also gave us the wrong food as they stumbled around the parking lot asking who's food was whose. Not coming back.
This place is really clean, friendly, they do joke around a bit some times, and they are affordable. Over all I think they are a great place if you want burgers and have a fun time.Dietary restrictions: They do put cheese on alot of their burgers but, there are a few that don't have cheese and you can order without cheese
The staff was very friendly and they were nice to us and allowed us to do a couple of changes and brought the food to us. The food was tasty and drinks was good.
Haven't been here in a long time due to the last time I was there. And yet another bad experience. Place wasn't even busy and my burger got screwed up, and I didn't even order anything special. Not to mention they need to change the grease BAD!!!! I know something got burned in it because I could taste it in my onion rings. If I could give a 1/2 star rating I would !!!!
Only thing that stinks is that due lack of workers which is probably due to lack of wanting to pay employees a decent wage, the lack of employees will cause the dining area to shut down. It's a little harder for those on foot to use the drive through
The staff was very quick and kind and the food was great app but 1 sandwich. I got 4 and the burger with BBQ was not good
Ate here twice when staying in town for a couple of days. Service was top notch & prompt, even brought my food to the table before I got up to get it myself, also gave me a free pie. It's little things like that!
The Southside location gives the impression they genuinely care about your experience. I can always count on fresh fluffy biscuits and my order done correctly with a smile.
Stopped in this morning for always the best biscuits and gravy!!! Had Scott help me, he was phenomenal! Too bad it only goes to 5 stars and not 10!!!!Great job Scott !!!!!
The big hot hams and curly fries were luke warm and where were the mushroom on the mushroom and swiss. It had the brown sauce but maybe 2 pieces of mushroom. The pop was the best part of the meal. I'll wait till I'm in Ankeny to stop at another Hardee's
