Worst Hardee's in Des Moines. The whole building was completely disgusting and trash was piling up in the kitchen stacks of fries and dropped food waste visible to the customers. The drive through isn't giving receipts, and when I asked for a refund because the food was not at the proper temperature and was also wrong portion size, and the hamburger patty was cold and didn't look cooked on a clean grill. The staff became verbally abusive and uncooperative. Complaint forms were not available or offered.
I'm a third party delivery driver and have tried picking up from this location multiple times. I was there on 6/29/2022 and they were closed at 2:22 p.m.!I'm here the following morning and the lobby is closed. Very inconsistent service. Good luck! If you try going there! They just maybe randomly closed!
Bf & I Ordered the # 5 combo & their new primal combo (with no sauce, not sure what’s in it?) as well as a medium side of onion rings. My boyfriends sandwich didnt even look completed & I never got my onion rings. Tried calling because I only realized once I got home.. only for them to never answer. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.
Tired of ordering breakfast food only to bite into raw undercooked bacon. If I wanted raw meat in my mouth I’d go to Blazing Saddles.When it’s good, it’s great, but I’ve had this happen often enough I won’t be trying it again anytime soon. I used to go to the Ankeny location which got it right more often, but they shut that location down!Pay your workers enough to cook their bacon properly; and you’ll get your business back.Now I’m having medical issues 3 weeks later, I hope it wasn’t the food!
We usually love going to this place for a quick meal, we stopped by well ahead (an hour) before closing and no one answered the drive thru. The speaker was open, lights were in but no one seemed to be answering or visible. The truck behind us tried also, I’m not sure how long he sat there.
This place couldn't give out a order of fresh hot fries if you asked for them, theu always taste like they been sitting under a heat lamp for a couple hours. Their burgers taste like they don't season them before cooking. Dis they change how they operate since I worked at one many years ago. Also their getting at the drive through could use a vast improvement. And this comment goes for many other fast food places. Do better.
Saturday morning at 9:30 & the lobby is closed. Drive thru line around the building. I've watched 6 elderly people walk up to a locked lobby door. All they want is to sit down and have breakfast but can't. Yall should be ashamed of yourselves. Close this place down if u can't get staff?
Good service fast morning crew knows what they're doing I would recommend anybody going there for breakfast
Purchased a chicken sandwich and it was burnt, they should have thrown it away but instead, they served it to me. Horrible service and then, they would not answer the phone when I called to complain Horrible service
Onion rings were so over cooked you could not eat them. Tenders looked unappealing...We hardly ate it...waste of money
