For those who love green tea, I compared the Gyokuro green tea offered here with some options available online.Imo, you get something between a superior(lower end) and premium(mid) grade and the price is a little high for what you get.Granted shipping and handling from Japan is a pain.

To the manager- On Saturday February 26, 2022 I was in your establishment for the first time. I made my purchase with a lovely person. He made my day. I accidentally broke a mug on my way out and had to pay for 75% of it. I left the merchandise on a table when I should have paid it forward to the young man who helped me or to a patron, as you were quite busy. Could you please give your wonderful employee the mug I purchased as a gift? Thank you. Oh, and perhaps a sign that says : “you break it - you buy it” would be good. I may have missed this signage.I will never go back and my family who has always raved about your place won’t either. I’ve read the bad reviews and I don’t see how you have any business
It's is very calming. It reminds me of Japan a little bit. The tatami room is nice, but I wish it was real tatami mats. The tea is great.

This place is a gem for tea lovers. It's hard to find places that not only have such an amazing selection of tea but is also a place that is nice to sit and read, relax, study, etc but Gong Fu Tea delivers on both points and more.

Great place for a very diverse tea selection. We love going there and stocking up on tea. But never have a good experience with the staff. Just prepare to be treated very poorly every single time! We just try to get in and out quickly with our purchase.
Have been in the store 2 or 3 times. Great atmosphere! I don’t live very close, but I utilize their shipping option to get some of the best teas I’ve ever had. I love Serenity Now (very minty!) and Cloud Nine.Huge selection, something for everyone!
