This Fernando’s is a good addition to Jordan Creek, nice to have local options too. Like Chipotle, would be better if they could keep the chicken hot, but I enjoy quite a bit overall. It’s good to have all the food court slots full. They also have a campus location near Drake.

EVERY FREAKING TIME! My burrito has all the beans and rice on one end and every thing else on the other. Idk why I keep coming here it makes me so irritated everytime. Please PLEASE just make it so some of everything is on both ends. Jeeze
This is the best burrito I have had in Des Moines. We have gone back on a regular basis and have never been disappointed. The vegan chorizo is delicious!
Stopped by at their Jordan Creek location and was super impressed. Delicious food, Large portions and reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Freshly pressed flour tortillas on the grill yes! Barbocoa roast beef on the menu yes! Fresh corn tortillas on the griddle, not deep fried for tacos. New location at Jordan Creek Mall food court. Pleasantly surprised and impressed.
Burrito was messy and falling apart the second i unwrapped it.Watched the preparer unfold and refold my burrito 4 times "tearing it", didn't strain liquid out from meat, veggies, or black beans causing everything to get soggy.Pretty sad that this place has only been open a couple days, and the employees already don't care about the quality or appearance of their food, even when they aren't busy.
I got a quesadilla, and my wife got a burrito. Both were good, and at a good price.Compared to the restaurant most similar, Pancheros, the quality of ingredients was notably better with very similar prices. The cheese is a mix, rather than just mozzarella, but that doesn't make much difference in flavor.I would eat here again if nearby.
Great basic Mexican food including really tasty and complex flavor in their beans.
WOREST EXPERIENCE EVER this use to be my favorite place loved them brought all types of business to them! And they have ONE new employee who don’t know how to fix his attitude and don’t know how to keep their home life from their business life & wanna get disrespectful when we try to tell the OWNERS we didn’t want his service and he just kept saying rude stuff instead of trying to fix the situation and just lost 5 customers today
