Not bad- pizza, a caesar salad & bread sticks is what we ordered. Dough tasted pre made not house made but tasty. Nice cheese shavings on the salad. Pizza could use more cheese. You order at the counter, pour your own drink and food is brought to you. I would go another time to try the pasta.
Chaz was a great help in our experience at this Des Moines location!! I got the boneless sweet honey bbq wings, and I would say they were just as good as the competition’s!!!
Friendly staff. Clean environment. Great fast Italian food. Large portions, so able to take home leftovers. Bread sticks brought to your table if you've run out.
Love the “Loaded Spaghetti!” They have even gotten to know my crazy golden who wants the side of sausage too. We are a regular, once a week. Guldino, even spoils us with the breadsticks, like them more on the crispy side.One of the best choices for dinner, yummy! Approved by ? ? ?!
Let’s face it… No one comes to Fazoli’s for the customer service. We’re all here for the breadsticks. So can you imagine after a 80-hour work week at the hospital, I just needed some comfort food.This particular Fazoli’s was in the middle of a mile dinner rush. The drive-through was full, DoorDash orders were stacking up, and guests kept arriving. Chaz was running in the front by himself, but far from being frazzled, he was polite, friendly, managing his orders like a professional, and keeping staff and guests alike smiling. It’s honestly so rare to see this anymore in our labor-shortage society, that I was actually impressed. The guy deserves a raise at the very least.And as always, the breadsticks were heaven.

The lady at the drive-through tonight was probably the rudest she has ever been… Pull up...doesn’t say a word just has her hand held out for the card..I say hi, no response.... hands all the food back, nothing, I say have a good night....stares at me.....wow!
Completely messed up our order not once but twice now. No chicken in the chicken alfredo, part of our order we never got and paid for it. Pretty sure they were just trying to get out of their as it was 9:30pm but didn't close till 10pm.
Went to drive thru and the lady had an attitude and was being really slow but we were the only people and car she had. I want to go pay after trying to order for 10 minutes and we had to sit there for another 20 for her to even come to the window to ask for payment or anything. 3 stars cause food is good but 2 gone cause bad service.
The delivery through Uber eats was received in record time and yes they forgot three small items and I’m still waiting for compensation… other then that food was great… just a lack of double checking the order before it goes out for delivery…
