If I could give negative stars…We are from out of town and we’re excited to eat here. Our family group walked into the lobby to order and waited there for 20 minutes. The cashier just ignored us the whole time. She took orders from two people in front of us that were ex employees. Then the cook In The back told us they were not taking orders from walkins. The girl cashier said that they decided to just make that rule just now. Extremely rude about the whole thing.
tried to call for a hour to ask if kid meals were a dollar still on tuesday nights. the phone line was always a busy signal. got here only to find out I have to purchase an adult entree to get dollar kids meals which made dinner go from $7 to $17. had they answered the phone it would have saved me a lot of frustration
Tasty spaghetti and pizza but their bread sticks are the absolute best! Very friendly workers and clean bathrooms.

Everytime I try to contact this place nobody ever replies. This is horrivle service. If that's how you run a business, then that's pathetic! Sat there in the drive they for 15 mins today. Nobody took my order. Nobody was in front of me.
Place wasn't busy and took 20 minutes to get my food and half the plate was cold,the pasta was under cooked! Told the manager that there was a liquor bottle outside the front door and he just chuckled about it.I got a refund but I'm not sure if I will eat there again ?I didn't realize how hard it is to cook pasta?
Ordered Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine. Chicken wasn't cooked right, nor was the noodles. Noodles were undercooked. Spaghetti had no flavor. Lasagna was OK, but not any better than buying it frozen. Staff was friendly, but never asked us if we wanted any more breadsticks. Breadsticks were the best tasting part of the dinner, but they only gave 1 plate of them instead of the unlimited amount they offer.
My buddy and I stopped after a quick run to Home Depot. Ordered and food came out hot, fresh, and fast. Elsy took care of us and even brought out extra breadsticks! She was great. Would dine in again !
Stopped in the other night with the wife to grab some food and it was such a fun experience. Staff looks like they actually love their job and the girls were great!
KUDOS! I have been wanting Fazoli's. I live 45 minutes out. I went through the drive thru and headed home. I opened the container about 55 minutes after I got it. There was still steam coming off it. No need to reheat it. Enjoyed a great meal. Thank you
