Food is fine but don't stop if there are more then 3 cars in the drive thru. You will wind up waiting at least 20 minutes to get your order. This has happened so many times I rarely stop anymore.
I went into this Dunkin Donuts on East University Avenue Des Moines Iowa to pick up an Apple Fritter. The signs show that they wanted $1.79. They charged me $1.89. I told him that was an overcharged based upon their stated price. They refused to give a refund and simply took my dollar 89 plus tax and gave me a apple fritter. I highly disagree that it was an Apple Fritter. There was practically no apples in it and it was so light and fluffy that you can hardly feel it in your hand. I think the product was inferior. Service was inferior. They're charging more than what the sign says. I guess I'll head to HyVee next time.
Best customer service of the local franchises. Too bad people leave a bad review because they ordered a 6pc hash brown and thought they should get more than 6 pieces.
Has lights turned off at 6 am so people think they're closed. Wouldn't even turn on menu light when I requested since I couldn't see to order. I'm shocked they won't turn the lights on.
So slow. Don't come here if you are on a schedule. Even if there's one car or just yourself, they take forever. I ordered the hash browns and I got 6! Of course when you call no one answers.
Worker named Vontis, gives excellent customer service. Haven’t had good experiences with Dunkin but changing stores and having a worker like him makes up for it. He’s a sweetheart and makes sure every order is to perfection. Thank him!!!!!
I treated my kids around 3:45pm. The lobby at the east side dunkin doughnuts is closed, but the service was still friendly. If you get doughnuts from this location please plan on drive through only.
My wife has an addiction worse than any drug known to mankind. Hook up the Dunkin IV and let her have it.... Or else....
I ordered a matcha latte and they added coffee to it really disappointed. You can tell by the pigment.. it’s usually a light green, overall it was disgusting but the employees were nice
Have went there more than four times a week, always get the same drink, usually a couple donuts, if they have them or something else. For a year, everyone was kind, polite, friendly. Lately can not seem to get the drink right, then say it was not ordered that way. The lady manager is very rude. I can see why they can not keep help. Out of donuts by 9:30 a.m. You are a donut shop. One more time, I will try. See what happens.
