Long wait, which itself is fine since it was busy. Ordered milk and two donuts. Received one donut and they almost forgot my milk. The one donut I received was face down, so a good bit of the frosting was stuck to the bag. And calling the donut mediocre would be a compliment. Really thin icing, but the cake was fine. Not happy the milk was 2%, which is pretty much fotified water and tasted like it, but I guess that's standard for people to order and expect.I can't imagine ever coming back.
Bert was so helpful! I tried something new and he was so good about making sure I liked it before I left. Good attitude and seemed very friendly! Will be back!
The gentlemen here asked how our day was and we last min asked if we could buy a chocolate sprinkle donut for our 4 year old and he just gave us one! Great experience. Also my wife got the cake batter latte, holy s*** it’s good!
I ordered a pup cup with 2 chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles. Get up to the window and pay. The gal handed me my donuts and I asked about my pup cup the gal said " you will have to go back around..i said. Why? They are free and asked do you know what they are?..she said yes she does so a different lady comes to the window and says they are not f4ee which is fine I will pay so then a gentleman came over and said it cost a dollar. OK so it come to 1.07 I paid and said I'm sorry to cause any chaos I did order it at the speaker. I'm not trying to be difficult. While I did over hear what the first gal was running around in there saying which was very Unprofessional. I let the gentleman know everything I bring my dog to the clinic in the same parking lot I stop and grab him a pup cup. Anyway I won't go there again.
$16 for a dozen donuts?Staff did their best, but it was a 15 minute stop. I came inside since the drive through was long.
Customer service is horrible!! All I see is attitude for no reason and they clearly shows it!Fist and last time going to this place,As I went to grab some drinks and something to eat before my shift start in the morning, had to wait in line for 15 min.... 2 car in the front isn't moving at all just for them to get a cup of coffee!!! Wasn't able to back up either because of another car behind me. And because of that I was late for workGive my order after then when I went up to the window they forgot what I've order so I had to repeat it agian and nothings was ready except for my drink and still forgot my other two Oder ( snacking bacon and 3 donut ) then haded the bag with attitude. ?With all these bad reviews and bad experience the customer are having with these lady’s idk why they still working there ?
Magic doughnut land of love! I'm on vacation to Des Moines and had heard a lot about this hot joint. Thank goodness I was able to check it out. Hallelujah! Donut dreams forever. Our cashier was so happy, made for a fun and memorable experience. A must visit if you are passing through town.
Whoever is working at this time, clearly does not know how to do their job. The guy at the window was forgetful and had an attitude that wasn’t provoked in any way. The girl we saw who made the coffees had an attitude as well. Our food was not presented to us as it shld of been. Our sandwiches were just thrown together all sloppy. We received 1 out of the 3 bagel bites we ordered. And we didn’t even feel okay to ask for it to be fixed; knowing we would receive more attitude for their mistakes. I wish I got their names but I can defiantly say I won’t be coming back to the location.
I went through the drive thru to place my order. When she gave the total I realized something had to be missing from my order, so when I pulled up to the window, I asked them to check it to ensure they didn't miss my last two items...a hash brown and small decaf coffee.Scott (window attendant) told me there was no coffee on my order. I asked if he could add it (I mean you did miss it). With an attitude he told me a GM told him they could not add anything and I would have to comeback around or come in and order the coffee since I forgot it. I told he I didn't forget to order it, you all forgot to ring it up. Aggravated I paid for the other items, and then he hands me a blank piece of paper...I look at him and he says the receipt machine isn't working and the receipts are printing blank...so why would you hand me a blank piece of paper???!I will not be returning to this location. The customer service is poor and food quality is not worth the hassle. Save yourself the frustration and drive the extra 2-3miles up the road to another store.
I been going to the dunkin donuts on East 14th and University since they open. I will be the 1st to admit that the store has had problems for a while and bad publicity. Everyone that knows me, knows I'm very addicted to their caramel ice coffees and will adure below zero weather on my scooter to travel a mile to get one! I went thru withdrawal when they closed the store to work on it. BUT I can honestly testify that the Manger and Asstiant Manger and the whole crew has lifted the store back on GOOD standings!!!! It's has truly bypassed the old store and reports and bad publicity. I'm truly in their 5 to 6 days a week and I have noticed ALOT of customers coming in and verbally abusing the employees and the employees have kept their professional wits. What has this world came too? I felt so sorry for the asst. manger Maykayla. With losing her voice, it didn't stop her from taking care of the store or customers. It's NOT just a couple of dunkin employees that has raised the bar at this establishment, ITS THE WHOLE TEAM!! They need to pat themselves on Their backs. I will admit that it's not just my addiction to the ice coffee that brings me in very often... it's to see the employees! They are my dunkin family❣️❤?
