I usually make my own dumplings at home because there just weren't any good ones around. They were either dry, flavorless, burnt, or falling apart. Then we ordered Dumpling House because it was Sunday and they happened to be open. Now, once a month Sunday is dumpling day in our house. Made and delivered on time with the correct order, steaming hot and delicious. Can't go wrong if you're looking for actually good dumplings in Des Moines.
First I tasted their pork with napa cabbage potstickers in farmers market and they were delicious even though I m not a fan of pork. Then I found they serve dumplings in downtown once a week. There I had chicken with cabbage potstickers and chicken with mushroom potstickers. Yummiest potstickers in town and I am sure I am going to visit them every week. They are best.

I ordered this off door dash and was really looking forward to it. They accepted my order at 4 pm and at 7 pm it still wasn’t even on its way and said the restaurant was still making it. I had to order something else because it took so incredibly long. Terrible service.

These are some of the best potstickers I've found! The Pork and Cabbage are my favorite, and the Vegetable dumplings are very flavorful!
We ordered pork, chicken, and beef cabbage pot stickers. The best dumplings in DSM. All of them were amazing and sauces for the dumplings were even better. If you are looking for something light to offset the richness of the dumplings, I would suggest trying one of the salads. 10/10 would eat theses again!
