Lost stars because of the aggressive delivery driver who didn't believe that when you order online, your tip is also paid in a designated box at that stage. He insisted there was no tip and angrily demanded one, but we don't carry cash for extra tipping, and felt very uncomfortable with his behavior. He made a scene in front of neighbors about how it was awful for him (emphasized several times) that we didn't tip, even though we absolutely did and always do! Even dropped the bag of food on the ground instead of handing it over. Family could hear his furious voice from the parking lot clear into the apartment complex.The third missing star is the disappointment of rising prices on everything including simple vegetable dishes, which are now the cost of what the seafood dishes were before the price hike. Found several hard pieces in our chicken (5-6 sharp bones and one thing that crunched like glass) and sauce that smelled fermented. I don't feel this quality and treatment is worth the current prices and unfortunately lost much desire for this place.
Moved here about a year ago and this is the best place for mei fun, I order the combo mei fun. Staff is always friendly and ALWAYS deliver before the expected time they give. My son loves the sesame chicken and my bf orders the kung poa chicken. You get so much food!
Had delivered 3/10. Hunan chicken and lemon chicken. I will say one of the better meals I've had there. Delivery, food quality and portions were great! Hot sour soup was off just a bit. Good job.
Got our order wrong, delivery driver was very rude and belligerent because we wouldn't tip on a $46 meal that was wrong. He came back to to our house twice and knocked after he delivered our food and wanted to know why we didn't tip.
Food was bland, and hot n sour soup was super thick. The egg rolls were over cooked the sesame chicken was over cooked
Always reliable quality food. Quiet, elegant atmosphere and cloth table service. Been a fan if Dragon House for years.Not a fan of them closing off sit down dining.
Used to love coming here and was disappointed when Covid caused them to only be open for delivery and carry out. Got super excited when it said they were open for dine in again on Google only to be let down when I opened the door and found out they're still not open for dine in.
Staff was friendly and the delivery was quick, the only reason I'd give it any stars.$40 for two meals and an appetizer is ridiculous but I guess you do get a lot of food. But that doesn't matter when the food was awful. Rice tasted like it had been sitting all day; the dumplings in the wonton soup were so bad I had to spit it out; the orange chicken was the worst, the pieces were hard as rocks and the flavor, absolutely terrible. Won't be ordering from here again.
Prices have went up a lot! They don't show on the website, so if you order expect it to be about 30% more. Food is still good, but not so affordable anymore.
Not good, bland, nothing as expected. We ordered 4 meals and not one person was satisfied. The chow mein was not chow mein... No noodles, just fried bits of what I think is wonton wraps. The soups and dishes were bland and flavorless. The best part of the meal was the soy sauce and steamed rice (which was supposed to be fried) and the fortune cookies. Soups were congealed and also without flavor. Save yourself the disappointment and $80... oh and took forever over an hour wait. No good.
