This Dominos has the worse customer service I've ever experienced. It took them over 2 hours to deliver my food to me. I will never order anything from this location again. Good help and customer service is so hard to find nowadays.
Ordered a Philly sand and a large philly pizza WITH ranch and buffalo. Order came on a bike with a weirdo wearing some cartoon mask. He failed to bring the sauces. He offered to make amends but it was too late, and I suspect they knew it. College crew.
The team that was there tonight approximately 9:00 p.m. words probably could not describe greeted as soon as I walked in the door by name smiles positive attitude positivity in the voices something we just haven't seen in restaurants lately just an amazing job by the staff that was on duty tonight
Stay away unless you like cooked bugs in your pizza. And the "GM" with blue hair so unprofessional, I can't even believe she is allowed to be considered a manager, let alone work in customer service. Can't wait to ask for video footage of my altercation with her 2mw when I ask again for my refund that I couldn't get today bc their computers where down, but she was making pizzas with no gloves on or a hair net for orders that were coming through the computer. Can't wait to post the update!!! STAY AWAY!!! I also have pictures if anyone wants to see my pizza!!!!! :)
Ordered food a hour before they closed so I thought it would be alright, but I waited and once it was the time the store was closed, still no food and so I call they said they have a lot of orders and not enough drivers so I canceled your order, without even a call to let me know. Then he hangs up on me, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
We ordered 4 large pizzas at 11:17 am. 30 minutes later online app said delivered, yet the pizza wasn't here. We called the store and they said they couldn't find the address, without a call or anything. The manager then said they would be giving us a 20$ credit and he would personally deliver it. 1:00pm and we still haven't gotten our pizza. Still no calls or notice that they can't deliver. Strongly do not recommend this store.
I order a pasta for my mother she didn't eat it pasta was dry some pasta was hard didn't have any Alfredo sauce only cheese and barley had pasta you can see empty spots of luminal and burnt spots dry and no Alfredo sauce not worth the price 6.99
This is the go-to for pizza and movie night in my house. Domino's has upped their game so much that I forget other national chains exist. I have the app and am a rewards member, and the value is awesome for such consistent good quality. Have never had a bad experience with this location in either interaction with staff or products produced. They are fast, friendly, and professional, and always have been in the 4 years since we moved to the area. Both carryout and delivery orders have resulted in hot, fresh tasting pizza, wings, and my kids' favorite: the lava cakes. Keep doing what you're doing 4th and Grand Domino's! My daughters and I love you!
I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and garlic Parmesan bread twist, pizza came without any Buffalo sauce & my bread twist come with the parmesan Cheese but no garlic sauce. Disappointment
This location at 401 Grand is AMAZING!! Christina and Ozzy definitely deserve raises after being the only employees on staff during lunch rush on several occasions. Christina is awesome about my food limits (gotta be careful with that garlic oil and tomato sauce) and no matter what we've always gotten or order hot, fresh and delicious. Back in December (the 26th) Christina and Ozzy were the only ones working and wait times were at the 2½-3 hour mark but I didn't mind. It was well worth it! Christina assured me she's making orders as they go out so it doesn't sit around getting gross and when the order showed up it was probably one of the best pizza meals we've ever gotten anywhere!!! I cannot recommend this store enough. Maybe they could give the store on Douglas in Urbandale some tips on how to improve!!!
