First time here service was fast and speedy on top of that they were super busy we will def come back
Parking is really poor Getting in-and-out is about as bad And I guess like everywhere else it seems like the portions are getting smaller
Constantly changing. Did have kids meals, now they don’t. Don’t honor the app deals nor rewards from app. Only offer hot dogs, but now their “kitchen” is only open until 6:45?! It’s light until 9 now. We got there at 7pm ordered ice cream first, bc who doesn’t :) then after they got done make our ice cream I told them how many hot dogs and were turned down. At 7pm?!? We eat late because we are busy with kids sports until late. We had to drive to another Dairy Queen to finish our order. I should know better with the Windsor heights Dairy Queen! But it’s closer to my house. Won’t make the mistake again. Need to be consistent!!
If you don't want customers to order at 8:40pm then update your store hours to reflect that! Also if you are going to push people out the store before stated closing time then at least do it with a friendly attitude. Clearly felt unwelcome even just standing in line, will not be returning to this location.
Driving here clear from Altoona tonight 5 min till close just to be told my people leaving that the only girl working tonight locked the doors on them. Called until she picked up to ask why they was closing early and she said because you had a line….. that’s really the excuse DQ…? There is LITERALLY ALWAYS A LINE in the summer……? Hope to be speaking to you tomorrow Nathan and you making this right… because being sarcastically told “I’m so sorry” when telling her where I just drove from isn’t going to cut it!
I absolutely love the service !!! Way to go, my favorite blizzard by far is the royal New York cheesecake, keep up the good work ?
I’ve been a regular here for the past 4 years, never been disappointed. Love the employees and the environment.
I waited patiently behind a woman who had to pay with 2 CC & cash, so it took several minutes and all 3 employees were hurrying along to get her large order done.I only ordered a small Orange Julius and it wasn't even a full cup! The employee helping me just swirled it around it my cup so it looked full.I won't be going back there. I can just throw my money out the window!
on 11/3/14 senator chuck grassley tweeted this place was great for “you know what”. if i stop in will they tell me what “you know what” is.
