Service was fine, but the 2 mixers I got were unacceptable. IT was my 1st time getting a mixer, and it was my last. If I wanted just ice cream, there was a store down the street where I'd get a better price. Even though they were in a bag with open lids, I had to clean them off.So all I got was ice cream, not what I expected and I should have paid attention to a few of the other reviews and just gone to Dairy Queen
Food was excellent and the service was even better! I got my food a minute after I sat down and I was extremely pleased. I ordered the spicy crispy chicken sandwich with some fries and it honestly tasted better than chick fil a or any other place known for their chicken sandwich. The chicken was perfect and it tasted fresh. The employees were going out of their way to make sure the service is worth 5 stars! Definitely coming back again and you should try it out!!!
I pull into the drive-thru to get a two scoop sundae. I asked for a two scoops Sunday with the flavor of the day ice cream which was raspberry cheesecake and raspberries and chocolate for my toppings. The clerks that I would be charged 35 cents extra for the toppings. I thought a Sunday included two toppings of your choice, oh well he maybe he must understood so I just went for two scoops of the flavor of the day raspberry cheesecake . Sorry tries to tell me that there's two scoops of ice cream is in this little one scoop dish and I said oh no that's a one scoop dish so he takes it back and someone else gives me a two scoop dish with two scoops of flavor of the day in it. At this point I was kind of in a hurry so I drove off only to find out there was one square piece of cheesecake in my two scoops and what appear to be a red streak which I suppose was supposed to be the raspberries that's not at all with the picture looks like. This is not the first time I've asked for the flavor of the day and been totally Blown Away how it doesn't look anything like the picture. Doesn't somebody train these kids on how to serve the flavor of the day?
For a restaurant that focuses on burgers, this place has the best fish in town! I love the concrete mixers and cheese curds as well. Culvers, not your average fast food joint!
I went to this location yesterday and ordered a cheeseburger meal. Checked my bank account today only to realize that I paid for SOMEBODY ELSES ORDER. I have been calling all morning to try to get ahold of someone and no one is answering. I want a full refund.
Will never go to this location again. The cheese wouldnt even melt because the meat was so cold. Wrong items on burgers. No napkins, ketchup refill.
I normally love Culver's, but I've had the worst luck lately.My chicken salad is raw. It is squishy and cold. I ate one bite and spit it out. My husband waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. They gave us extra fries and extra ice cream but my salad is inedible. I hope I don't get sick from the raw chicken bite I took.I called three times and the phone rings and then eventually just shuts off.
Food is always good...drive up is horrible, young kids bringing out wrong orders, food not bagged correctly & missing food items, a customer had 2 go get his order because it was just sitting on the counter w/other orders
Went for my girlfriend. The drive through is terribly set up. People pulling over wherever to wait for their food. If your food comes before the people before you, you are just stuck there waiting cause there is no space to get by. Food was pathetic and I just looked at it. Burgers smaller than McDonalds and completely burnt, cold fries and for it being middle of winter the cold stone shake whatever was already melting and this was while waiting 10 minutes to be able to leave the drive through I was stuck in.
Food took a while, but was better than expected. Will be back
