This is very great place for cocktails (8-9$) and steaks (28$ and up for 12 oz)Their salad bar is awesome you can go there unlimited times. Just make sure you will leave some room for your meal lolMy bill was under 50$ but I had a good time and a good quality food. Waitress came to check on me every now and then. Will definitely come back
Burger was on point. The fried chicken was super crispy and the garlic mashed potatoes were definitely garlicky. The onion ring appetizer was hard to eat with a fork and also difficult to eat with your fingers but still tasty! Salad bar had so many options! We will definitely be back!
Finally made it to this local favorite. Got the prime rib, was excellent. Nice salad bar and the atmosphere was great.
Went for dinner tonight party of 18 people spent well over 500.00 on dinner. One of the people in the party had parked next door at pizza hut. Well pizza hut called Chicago speakeasy and informed them that there would be multiple cars towed if not moved. Chicago speakeasy never mentioned to any customers that their cars were going to be towed. I called and spoke with the manager and informed her of the situation, not because I wanted anything from her but more less to let her know that it was wrong that they wouldn't tell their customers that their vehicles were being towed. The manager said that pizza hut is lying that they never called to tell that the vehicles were being towed. But then went on to say when pizza hut does call they do announce it on the speaker but we wouldn't of heard it because it only plays in the bar. The manager then went on to say that it wasn't her problem I parked my car in pizza huts parking lot. Which again it wasnt my car. The manager quickly got an attitude with me saying none of this was her fault. Again I wanted nothing from her or from the restaurant but a courtesy to their paying customers to let them know when their car could be potentially towed. The manager proceeded to yell at me telling me she didn't like my attitude and hung up on me. Needless to say they lost a lot of business from our family.
Do you want a great Prime Rib? Wow, this is the best I've had in a very VERY long time. The salad bar was open and plentiful. Our server was super friendly and very attentive, we had a party of 7 and she did an amazing job. Our food arrived at the same time and was perfect.The cocktails are just ok, but that's fine, they obviously focus on their food and customer service.We will be back, thanks for the amazing meal.
We had a gathering of family and friends in the party room at Chicago Speakeasy after an interment ceremony. They made everything very easy and were most cooperative and efficient. The food was delicious, as always, and the service impeccable. Highly recommended.
Excellent food, wide variety of options on the salad bar, reasonable prices during lunch which runs until 4 pm. I had 6 oz prime rib which was delicious, but after the salad bar, there was plenty to take home. During the lunch special you get fries as your side, I was disappointed to not get a choice, but once you truly the fries, you won't be disappointed. They are crunchy on the outside, soft inside with the perfect amount of salt. Waitress was attentive without hovering. Very pleased.
A little pricey but the food was amazing. A great place for a date night. Also kid friendly. Staff was extremely nice
I LOVE this place! Simply one of the best menus in town. Great atmosphere, great people. I get in here and I never want to leave. Full bar and great wine selection as well. Salad bar is not to be missed! I just can't say enough about this place. Been going here since before I was old enough for school. Never once been disappointed.
Went on a Tuesday night around 6, immediate seating and service. Courtney, our server, was very friendly and attentive. Had a great meal in a very relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good steak at a reasonable price.
