3 fails & they are out…..most recent was yesterday. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and regular coffee with cream & sugar. Sandwich was over cooked/ microwaved where you could not chew through the roll. Coffee came with no cream & sugar, and was so full that as soon as car moved is sloshed all over. I was given the wrong change and had to correct the woman at the window. This was not a case of being understaffed, there were 3 people at drive through window goofing around at 10:30 am.
This is awesome palce to sit, have coffee eat some bagel. You definitely enjoy the ambiance. It's looks so simple and cool
Started construction but still had a sign up that said we could order inside as long as it was to go. Walked inside and were told only their drive thru was available, so we told them they should change their sign to inform customers and were yelled at and ridiculed for making a suggestion. Will not be going back to this caribou again.
On Wednesday (23 March) at or around 8:05 a.m., I ordered a Spinach Artichoke Sandwich and a Blended Dragonfruit beverage. Though I felt unwelcome even while ordering, I was immediately given my drink, which tasted wonderful as always and assumed it was just a feeling; however, my experience went further downhill. As I was sitting waiting for my sandwich, I noticed other customers order and receive their food rather quickly. More than 10 minutes had passed and I still hadn’t received my sandwich. Since business wasn’t busy, I decided to ask for an update on my sandwich. It was at this point, my observation of potentially being an unwelcomed customer grew. I clearly was forgotten about and no employee decided to or had any intent to inform me that there were no more spinach artichoke sandwiches available. I was then asked if I’d like another sandwich of which I declined, requested a refund, and left. Whether my experience was out of prejudice or workplace incompetence, I wouldn’t refer this establishment to anyone else.
Lady that takes orders is unfriendly and quite RUDE!! Doesn’t know how to return a smile last thing you want to see in the A.M….
I was as there with friends talking enthusiastically with my hands and knocked over a full latte. Not only did a nice barista come running with rags, he cleaned most if my mess himself all he while reassuring me in my embarrassment. Then he replaced my latte at no additional cost. I'm horrified with myself that I forgot to ask his name and then go back up and give a second tip. If he's there next week when I go back, I'll look for him and make it right. Also the lattes were PERFECT! The atmosphere lovely.
Coffee is ALWAYS on point. It never tastes gross, and they never eff up my order.
Always a go to place! They make amazing caramel ribbon crunch iced coffee‘s. I usually get a toasted bagel with cream cheese as well, it just taste so much better and then when you do it at home when you get it from Caribou. Also I am a rewards member and if you’re not you should be because this morning I got a free drink and when they say that they mean any size any drink which is awesome!!
I come here all the time and unfortunately when ordering a hot coffee in the drive thru they NEVER give you a drink stopper so the coffee spills everywhere.Nothing ruins your day more than spilling hot coffee all over yourself. Unfortunately I will be going elsewhere
I went through the drive thru, it was very fast and didn't take long at all, which I liked. I ordered two Ho Ho mint mochas, one for me and one for my sister. They were OK. I also ordered a hot cocoa for my younger brother. He didnt like it, so I took it from him and took a swig. Tasted nasty, don't know why. There was some sort of mistake or maybe ? idk the cocoa they use isn't very good. I'm not a regular customer so it's possible that its how they always taste or maybe it was just bad luck like we may have stumbled upon 1 bad hot cocoa out of a 100. I recommend not ordering the hot cocoa though.
