I use to go here all the time over one year ago and it was always a great experience. I just went tonight and The service, employees and overall presentation of the place has went downhill!Not sure if the employees are getting paid well but they looked drained and not well kept. A few were wiping their nose and the oven guy seemed to be drenched in sweat. They were also very rude except for one girl which was doing the dough.When I went to pay for my order I also asked for a medium fountain drink. The guy taking my order slides me over a cup that had been sitting on the counter (for who knows how long). I asked for a new cup please, he got an attitude and grabbed a new one. He had an attitude the whole time. On top that I got my pizza home and the bottom was burnt, like they didn’t clean the oven. I WILL NOT ever go back here again and will be letting everyone I use to send here not to go. Would have gave 0 stars if I could. The fact that I don’t usually write reviews, tells me this was a horrible experience.
Pay your employees more and hire more people, they deserve it. Everytime I go into this blaze, the employees seem so worn out. A lot of the things the bad reviews say on this place would be easily solved if there were more staff. People being able to clean instead of being on the pizza making bar 24/7, it gets really busy at this location, creating a stressful work environment that the customers can pick up on. This is just what I observe everything I come into here.
Incredible pizza place. You can see all the fresh ingredients right in front so you can pick and choose what you want. The different tastes associated with Blaze are so wonderful that it will have you coming back for more. I highly recommend Blaze Pizza.
Horrible customer service. Even worse for online orders. Lazy and uncaring employees. I dunno about the food. Never even got that far. Slowest restaurant ever. I don’t recommend. There’s plenty of better pizza places with way better customer service and great food. Not wasting my time, energy, or money here.
My husband, 6 year old daughter, & I went to Blaze Pizza downtown Saturday night. The wait was very very long as they appeared to be very busy. The pizza was good, however all 3 of us have been severely Ill with GI symptoms (vomiting, abdominal pain, & diarrhea) for the last 2 days. Maybe it’s coincidence, but the restaurant does not seem to be kept up very well either. Won’t be going back to that location.

The gm of blaze pizza at 300 MLK has no respect for the food or the customers that come in to eat the place is always dirty there's mold and the gm of blaze pizza Dan what he dose when there is mold on the food he just picks off the mold and still uses that same food to make the pizzas with because he don't care and if i could i would put 0 stars if i could
I love their crust. I got high rise dough, with white sauce as the base. The dough was so crispy and delicious. We also got their new cheesy bread which was freaking amazing. The lemonade is pretty sour. But the brownies and s'mores pies are to die for. Especially when you ask them to warm them up in the oven for you. ?? this location is severely understaffed, so expect to wait for a while for your pizza. I only saw 4 people working in the entire place. Generally, it takes about 6 to 7 people to make that line run smoothly. So be patient... It's worth it. There are little scooters you can ride around and a really nice patio when its warm.
I ordered a pizza online tonight and after I placed my order I called the store to make sure that the balsamic I paid extra for was on the side so my whole pizza wasnt soggy when i got it, the guy said he saw my order and would make sure it gone done. It didnt and it's a soggy mess. Not satisfied with my order.
My girlfriend ordered a pizza on uber eats and called the store after to make sure they put something she paid extra for on the side so the whole thing wasnt soggy the guy on the phone said okay i see the order ill make sure, yet it still wasnt done. No happy at all with my order.
